A fantastic stay.

The villa was absolutely stunning with amazing views looking back to Marbella & San Pedro. Neil & Rach answered any questions straight away and La Heredia itself is an amazing location to stay when holidaying in the costa del sol. Will 100% be booking again when staying in this region of Spain.

Great Property & Location

The property is in excellent condition, the bedrooms are all a good size, bathrooms clean and modern. The terrace and pool area are great for relaxing. The location is very good, with lots to explore within a short drive and a short walk down to the local bar and other local shops. We would definitely stay again.

Very lovely and clean house in stunning village

We've had a great holiday in a very nice and clean house. The village was beautiful and al we needed was there! The kitchen can use an update but is clean and working. It took us a couple of days to find out how the oven worked. The pool was small but clean and nice and it was great to have a private pool. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful Property

We absolutely loved our stay in this house in La Haredia. The view is to die for! The bedrooms have superb views too. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Racheal and Neil were on hand to answer any questions we had. The plunge pool is a real bonus. The terrace is private and in full sun all day. La Heredia itself is a lovely development, everywhere is clean and the two communal pools are fabulous. We wouldn't hesitate in renting this beautiful house in the future.

Preciosa casa

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. La casa es preciosa y decorada con gusto. Habitaciones sencillas pero muy bonitas y los baños nuevos. La casa estaba limpia y perfecta sin embargo La piscina y el patio no estaban limpios ni en las condiciones de uso cuando llegamos pero avisamos a la oficina y al día siguiente vinieron a solucionarlo. Aún con eso hemos quedando satisfechos.

Fantástica elección

En una buena ubicación cerca de la costa (obligatorio coche), tiene preciosas vistas. La casa está muy bien equipada y la cocina dispone de todo lo necesario. Tan solo echamos en falta tener un wc en la planta baja, donde se encuentra el salón, cocina y piscina (hay que subir escaleras cada vez que se necesita ir al wc). La casa está decorada con gusto y los propietarios se esfuerzan por que todo esté perfecto. Hemos pasado unas agradables vacaciones y, sin duda, lo recomendamos.

Maison magnifique dans un quartier magnifique, avec une vue magnifique ! Parfaitement équipée et agencée, nous n’avons manqué de rien et la literie est confortable. Le gros plus pour ce quartier est la piscine privée, qui permet de se rafraîchir à tout moment, avec la vue incroyable sur La Heredia et la mer à perte de vue avec Gibraltar et les côtes marocaines en toile de fond. Rachael et Niel sont des hôtes très agréables et présents quand besoin. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Was für ein tolles Ferienhaus!! Alles war so wie beschrieben. Ein großes geräumiges Haus, verteilt auf zwei Etagen. Große Schlafzimmer und Bäder oben, ein sehr großer gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit Küche unten. Draußen eine gemütliche Terrasse mit erfrischendem, sauberen Pool. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts, man hat nicht das Gefühl in einem Ferienhaus zu sein, sondern in einem voll eingerichteten Wohnhaus.Wenn man wirklich etwas aussetzen will, dann wäre es die zeitweise laute Strasse, die unterhalb der Anlage von und nach Ronda führt. Aber das ist dann schon meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke an Neil und Rachael für diese wunderschöne Haus.

Schönes Haus in super Lage mit tollen Gastgebern!

Es ist alles wie beschrieben und es fehlt an nichts. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und man hat einen tollen Blick über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Zudem sind Rachael und Neil sehr nett und immer zur Stelle sollten Fragen aufkommen.

Tyckte att städning var sådär dammigt och att stolarna på terassen hade sett sina bästa dagar försökta laga dom men det funkade inte. Även solstolsdynorna skulle måbra av en tvätt. Annars gillar vi området och huset funkade jättebra mysig pool.

Comfortable house with pool

We enjoyed our stay - the house is well equipped and comfortable. The pool at the house was great and it is also not far from one of the communal pools. La Heredia is a great location within easy reach of San Pedro d'Alcantara and the beaches.

Property was great as described everything you could need was there, however for us it was far to noisy we intended sit around and enjoy the views which were amazing relax and read and unwind but from 7.30 every morning a constant drone of traffic made us get up and go out for the day.great shame because everything else was great.

Relaxing, comfortable, tranquil ......

Have stayed in many properties and apartments in the Marbella area and this is the first that felt like a home. The house has evertything you could possiblly need and for me as a techie....even had apple chargers, bluetooth speaker, connection from TV for my MacBook Pro and fast interenet ! As well of course, as great little pool, terrace, good kitchen etc etc etc.... Quiet setting but only minutes from shops, bars and restaurants and 15to 20min drive from my favourite place....Marbella Old Town and Orange Square.

Loved it.

We stayed at La Heredia at the beginning of July and absolutely loved it. The home was very nice inside and out, nestled in a beautiful property complex situated on a scenic hillside. The home was very tastefully furnished, cozy, comfortable and had everything one would need. The balcony and pool was fantastic for the hot days. The pool was plenty large enough for the four of us, 2 adults and 2 teens, and the balcony had magnificent views. The covered patio was also great for outdoor dining and enjoying the view. By evening time there was always a nice breeze on the balcony and it was a great way to end the day. On the property complex itself was a bakery/deli, butcher shop and restaurant/bar, all which were quality. Great location, everything you needed was close by and access to the main roadways was very close when you wanted to tour. Neil the owner was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. This home made our Spain vacation all that much better and it is highly recommended.

Family stay at La Heredia

Great stay in La Heredia (though weather not too accomodating). As a return visitor l was aware that a car is essential to take full advantage. Home in excellent location with great views and owner helpful and accomodating. Would recommend to all.

Pretty, picturesque, perfect !

We are so lucky to have had the pleasure of staying at this little jewel in La Heredia. Neil's home is perfectly located within this unique and colourful urbanisation. It has incredible panoramic views from the wonderful and spacious terrace. We spent the evenings sitting on this pretty and private terrace watching the full moon reflecting on the Mediterranean below ... magical ! The pool is small but private, and provided my teenage sons with hours of pleasure and us with welcome relief from the heat of the day. The home itself is spacious and pristine. The kitchen is well equipped and has high quality appliances and finishes and contains everything needed for a keen cook . The furnishings and decor are tasteful and the overall ambience just perfect with lovely attention to detail and appreciation of the Andalician style and setting. There are good restaurants nearby and the pretty villages of Ronda, Old Marbella, Mijas, Benahavis are all within easy reach. We loved our stay and hope to return very soon, if availability will permit ! Neil was a pleasure to deal with and Lynn is kind , helpful and generously awaited our very late arrival to greet us personally. This property is flawless and reflects the care and attention of its owners. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
