MAGNIFICENT T1 SEA VIEW WITH PARKING FACING THE ENGLISH PROMENADE
Well-equipped, sunny, sea-view T1 flat on a high floor, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach.
Very spacious and bright (through terrace, kitchen and main room), this 36 m² flat with high ceilings is on the 3rd and top floor with lift in a charming little building facing the Promenade des Anglais.
Reversible air conditioning for heating and cooling (a duvet and two pillows are provided).
The kitchen is separate from the main room and is equipped with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Linen is not included in the rental price, but can be hired on site for €20 if you do not wish to bring your own, as well as end-of-stay cleaning for €30 if you do not wish to do it yourself.
The outside car park (private and secure) can be hired for €4/day.
Arrival time is to be arranged with the owner, who only welcomes guests between 5.30pm and 7pm on weekdays. On weekends not after 7.00 pm (possibility of leaving the keys at the small Casino VIVAL for a payment of 10€).
A supermarket and many small shops are just 2 minutes' walk from the flat.
This one is located after the botanical garden and tram stop FERBER at feet of the residence.

Nice quiet, good location
Quiet and convenient location. Supermarket just a few doors up the road, and pharmacies within 2 par of the apartment.
Having local tramway at door step was real convenient in both airport and old nice directions

Great stay on the Cote d'Azur
Great location close to amenities, supermarkets and beach and next to a tram stop to city centre. Flat was compact but everything we wanted and as per listing. Marie Clair was very helpful meeting us on arrival and the stay went very well. Would happily recommend to others and would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Great location. Tram 2 minutes away. 15-20 mins into the town on the tram. 10 minutes tram ride to airport. Fantastic view of the sea. Private, secure block. Very friendly host.

Spacious Studio with a great location
Wonderful apartment with a very beautiful view of the the sea. The apartment is spacious and has everything that you need. There is the sea, the English Prominade, grocery store, restaurants, cafes very close by. Across the street is a tram and buses that can take you to other parts of the city including the port, Old Town and many other places.

Séjour à Nice , promenade des anglais
La location était conforme à l'annonce. Elle correspondait à nos attentes. Le logement était spacieux pour un studio et bien équipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle, climatisation, balcon avec table et chaises pour deux personnes, parking privé, ascet). Le logement était propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé.

Charmant studio
Charmant studio, très calme. La propriétaire nous a laissé de la place dans ses placards pour ranger nos affaires. A notre gout le matelas était un peu trop mou mais ce n'est que notre gout. La proximité de l'aéroport ne nous a absolument pas dérangé.
Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Appartement vu mer, dans residence calme et securisee. Confortable, bien équipée, la location est parfaite pour un couple. Commodités et transport en commun à proximite. Hôte tres agréable et disponible

Perfekten Start in den Tag durch wunderschönen Meerblick
Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Inhaberin sowie kurze präzise Einweisung ins Objekt. Die Lage war perfekt. Mit der Tram vom Flughafen zur Station in nur wenigen Minuten. Appartment liegt in einer Privatsiedlung, welche nur durch ein Tor mit Chip/Pin zu durchqueren ist, dadurch hatte man ein Sicheres Gefühl. Nachbarn nett und nicht auffällig. Ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer vom Wohnraum sowie von der Küche. Sauberkeit meiner Meinung nach Verbesserungsbedürftig. Einige Baustellen in der Umgebung, Flugzeuge auch hörbar, aber uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Eine Taube hat auf dem Balkon des öfteren versucht ihr Revier zu verteidigen :D. Wenige Minuten zu Supermärkten, wenige Minuten zum Meer. Einfach Traumhaft. Definitiv zu empfehlen, Preis-Leistung stimmt.

En ce qui concerne la propreté, Valerie qui me remplace pour le ménage et l’accueil, puisque je viens de me faire opérer, fait au mieux de ce qu’elle peut faire car elle travaille toute la journée.
Avec grand plaisir, une prochaine fois sur Nice!

Bel appartement, gentille propriétaire
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans l'appartement de vacances.
Propriétaire très sympathique, remise simple, belle vue sur la mer, tramway juste en face du complexe de vacances, aéroport à 1 km. Nous serions ravis de revenir.

Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à Nice
Appartement avec vue mer, balcon au soleil jusqu 'en début d' après midi ( début avril).

Pourquoi 3 étoiles car vous m’aviez dit que vous avez apprécié l’appartement.
Je tenais à vous indiquer que le sang sur la couette est sur la housse de couette aurait dû être enlevé par vos soins car aujourd’hui je ne peux plus la nettoyer, le sang a séché.
Vous n’avez pas voulu prendre la prestation ménage, l’appartement n’a pas été correctement nettoyé par vos soins . Cheveux dans la baignoire et dans l’évier miettes et tache dans le four évier de cuisine pas nettoyé, traces de doigts partout sur les meubles, le frigo, le micro-ondes et le four… Et encore j’en passe, car la serpillière n’avait même pas été passée et l’aspirateur non plus.
Vous avez payé un prix minime pour séjourner dans un appartement dernier étage avec vue mer car il faut savoir une fois que vous avez payé toutes les taxes je n’ai que 40 € dans ma poche par jour . C’est très rare que je réponde ainsi à un commentaire. Mais deux heures de ménage plus tard, j’étais très dépitée.
Merci de ne pas décourager les propriétaires qui font tout leur possible pour vous accueillir agréablement dans un appartement très propre.
