CIDER CABIN - Brown County's Finest Log Cabin

It's time for Rest & Relaxation or just some plain old Fun! Cider Cabin has it ALL and is available for couples/singles/families to come together and enjoy some time in this secluded 6acre, 2601sqft indoor living space and 3000sqft wrap around deck outdoor living space and screened-in porch. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps up to 6 people extremely comfortably), 2.5 baths, full granite kitchen, fire pit, grill and Hot Tub for you and your guests every pleasure! Located just off of I-65 about an hour south of Indianapolis and an hour north of Louisville, Cider Cabin is your perfect, convenient and secluded rendezvous! So whether you are looking to have a family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette party or simply get away, CIDER CABIN is the place to be!!

There is NO WiFi available at the Cabin, however Cell Service/Hot Spots work very well with most services. The TV does NOT have cable, but you can connect the new FireTV to your cell phones hotspot and get most anything you’d like on the installed apps.

Downtown Nashville with its 250 shops, restaurants and entertainment (5min), Brown County Winery (2min), Bear Wallow Distillery (2min), Brown County State Park (Indiana's Largest) (3min), Lake Monroe (Indiana's Largest) (30min) are just minutes away.

Other Local amenities includes Golf Courses, Zip Lining, Bike Riding, Hiking, ATV Trails, Horseback Riding, Playhouse, concerts... and so much more!

Overall, this a great property and close to downtown Nashville. You’ll have just about everything you need in the kitchen but a new drip coffee maker is needed. The downstairs bedroom is located off the kitchen and doesn’t have a door which could be an issue for some. It has a big deck with hot tub but we didn’t use it for our stay. There’s a fire pit setup but we didn’t use it either due to our limited stay. I would suggest this cabin to anyone .

Great location. House was lovely and the kitchen was super. We spent a lot of time around the kitchen table. We wished the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs had doors. We are used to having privacy.

Really loved the property. Very secluded yet quick access to Nashville and BCSP. The lack of doors in some areas was a bit strange, but not really a problem.

This is a stunning cabin. It felt like home the moment we walked in. There were so many extras you don’t usually get at other places like soap, toilet paper, extra towels, tons of games and different spaces both inside and out could be enjoyed. The back deck was enclosed so we were comfortable with our 2 year old playing with her toys/exploring while we were playing games. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great location close to Brown County State Park and downtown Nashville! Hot tub was exactly what we needed after hiking. We had everything we needed and more. The welcome gifts were a very nice touch!

Wonderful place, especially in the fall season. Got to see some wildlife around the home, and ran over to the state park for a morning hike. Great spot that felt secluded but also just a short drive to anything you need (state park, restaurants, grocery, etc).

The property was just as listed! It felt even bigger in person and accommodated our 6 person group perfectly. The property was secluded and private and felt very peaceful. Just a short drive away from Brown County State Park and Downtown Nashville.The only note I would make is that it would have been nice to have doors on the two bathrooms upstairs.

Bachelorette

We enjoyed the peaceful cabin stay. It was convenient for our small bachelorette group to get into town for our activities and then come back and relax. The comfy living room was great for our game night. The only thing we wished was that there were doors or curtains on the upstairs bathrooms but overall it was perfect.

Summer get away

Ourstay was overall amazing. The house was perfect the property it sits on secluded quiet and beautiful. I would recommend this property to just about anyone. I just loved the absence of chaos. Nashville the little town had so much to offer. Plenty of entertainment amazing food and beautiful atmosphere.

I would not stay again. Watching tv was limited even using mobile hot spot. Really needs totally deep cleaned and updated especially for the price paid. Very dark and dreary inside. Looked like evidence of mouse droppings in bottom of stove.

Perfect Reading Retreat

We were looking for a nice quiet place to read and relax! We loved that it was close enough to town that we were able to get some shopping in. There wasn’t a single thing we were missing when we cooked a meal at the cabin. The hot tub was primed and ready to go when we got there. Plenty of wild life so it wasn’t eerily quiet. Plenty of space and bathrooms!

She, originally from upstate New York, received her degree from Le Moyne college near Syracuse, prior to moving to Indiana 15yrs ago. Currently works for the nations largest Insurance company and has been with them for 15yrs+.
