The Nest is located in the heart of downtown Nashville, Indiana. It is a charming 1900's home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has a large living area and outdoor seating space. It is ideal for entertaining or for relaxing on a getaway. Enjoy everything Nashville has to offer from unique shops to a hike through Brown County State Park or to the local distillery and brewery. The Nest is sure to fit your needs for whatever draws you to Nashville.

Absolutely loved it! We did a 3 cousins get together and really appreciated it's in town location. Never had to move the car. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. David was quick to respond whenever we reached out to him. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks!

Just returned from a girls trip to Brown county and The Nest was wonderful! Cute, clean, cozy,.comfortable. the open kitchen/living room was perfect for our group of 4 but could easily accomodate 6 or maybe even 8. The upstairs was like a cozy little apartment. The 3 full baths and 1 half bath were more than enough. Great parking spaces. Our only suggestion would be some nonslip grips in the showers or a shower mat. Very slippery when wet. Otherwise no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Big soft bath towels and well stocked kitchen. Beds were too soft and bouncy for our taste. Never had any experience with DIRECTV before, and there were no instructions on how to operate TV. Tried to contact the host, but he did not respond.

Amazing Stay

This property exceeded my friends and I’s expectations. Not only did the place look exactly like the photos, but the cleanliness of the property was immaculate. It is in a perfect walking distance from all of the shops and just a short drive away from Brown County State Park where we had a blast hiking. The host, David, was always in touch, gave great recommendations and responded in a timely manner. Would stay here again!

Family Wedding Weekend
