River property on a protected slough off Elk River. Newly built with Five Bedrooms, three full baths, two kitchens, Open concept Living room, laundry room and boat house. Close to golfing, fishing, restaurants, shopping and beautiful Wheeler Lake on the Tennessee River. Convenient to fishing tournaments, festivals with plenty of room for the whole family or multiple families. Handicap accessible on one level. Boat launches nearby. Plenty of parking space.

Perfect house

This property and the owners are outstanding. House easily accommodates 10 adults with plenty of room. Drive way is huge and easily accommodated our five trucks and boat trailers.

Fun time on the River

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much! Plenty of room, beautiful views, and there are two boat ramps close. Would stay here again!

Wonderful, relaxing getaway!

This is a truly amazing property for a relaxing getaway. Martha and Larry are welcoming and generous hosts. The house is beautiful and provided all the amenities we could have asked for - we especially loved using the kayaks to travel along the waterway. We cannot wait to return!

Annual River Trip

This is our third year staying at this beautiful location, it truly is something we all look forward to every year. Perfect spot for all ages! Clean, roomy and the hosts are just great. We are already looking forward to next year.

Relaxing Vacation

everything about the property was great. It was clean, well furnished. Had everything you could need or want for a carefree stay. The property owners were fantastic! We had to chance to see them and they are great people.

Another Perfect Year!

We have rented this house for the past several years for the week of Labor Day with our kids and we always have the best time. The house is set up perfectly for different groups, we have a lot of extended family in and out over the week and we are always very comfortable & pleased.

Wonderful accommodations with plenty of room for everyone

Our family gets together once a year to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas as we travel from 5 states. This location was perfect for the space we needed and the accommodations were perfect. Couldn’t ask for nicer hosts that are willing to rent their beautiful home on the river. Highly recommend for large families of all ages.

Family Week
