Location is excellent for access to Dickson Street, but still plenty of privacy. Has a very nice hotel/condo feel. Be warned that the neighborhood can be a little noisy, but that comes with the territory. I'd love to stay there again.

Fayetteville for few days

We stayed here for a few days in the spring to visit our daughter and tour around Fayetteville. It was the perfect location and it is so charming inside!

Extremely close to campus! Enjoyed the views of college life from the balcony and huge windows! It is loud (even in summer) once bars close. Loved having two full baths and proximity to campus and our excursions paddle boarding and hiking. Great property near U of A and lots of bars and restaurants!
Yellow Rock Trail in Devil’s Den 30 minutes away
Marley’s Pizza is downstairs!
Paddle boarding at Beaver Lake! 1hour drive
Piano was a nice touch!

Perfect Fayetteville getaway

This place is so perfect for experiencing everything Fayetteville. It’s absolutely perfect location has amazing views and walking distance to everything downtown or campus. The beds were very comfortable and plenty room for our crew to hangout together. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Apartment Downtown

My friend and I stayed here, we had lots of space and the apartment was beautiful. We had two friends over for dinner and live music with the gorgeous piano. I would stay here again!

Great Trip at a Great Place

I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We loved the location - on Dickson St in a very safe and secure premises, easy walk to lively/fun locations. Amenities at the loft were very high quality and top-notch. Seriously I have to comment on the comfy bed, best pillows & bedding I want to go buy for my own house. Owners were fabulous: super helpful and always available to answer questions and help out. Having a piano to play was such a treat!

Excellent location for our visit to University of Arkansas. Our family enjoyed the stay and we walked to many restaurants as well as the campus.
