Just steps from the Fayetteville Square, our Center Street condo is the perfect location for enjoying the city. The Square has everything to offer: shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Farmer's Market on Saturdays! The condo comes with a designated parking spot in a covered garage right across the street!

Our one bedroom condo offers open concept living room/dining room/kitchen with almost 1000sq feet of downtown space! We have a California King size bed, a bathtub/shower combo, and updated appliances with a 5 stove electric burner and double ovens! We also have 2 ice makers in our refrigerator. You’ll find everything you need to enjoy your day in beautiful Fayetteville!

We offer YouTube TV, Netflix, and Peacock streaming for our guests to enjoy (TV in the bedroom and living room). We even offer NFL Redzone for the NFL fans.

Nearby are a multitude of restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the arts! Feel free to contact the host with any questions or recommendations. Farmers markets on Saturday’s are a must!!
We have 1 designated covered parking space for guest use during stay

**There is meter parking on Center Street if you want to park directly out front. $00.50/hr with free nights and weekends. **We are located within the ORA (Outdoor Refreshment Area) for those 21+ to consume alcoholic beverages in designated cups! **There is an external Ring Doorbell camera at the front door that records sound and video with motion activation

Great location and adorable property. Highly recommend. Only reason price was high is not 5 stars os because it was graduation weekend and everything was hiked up.

Perfect place in a perfect location. The unit had tons of character. It was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything needed (and then some). Every aspect from booking and check-in to check-out was easy and clearly communicated. Would not change a thing, and would definitely book again.

Great communications - the unit was very clean - had a few items complimentary in the fridge which were a bonus. Loved the Christmas Tree. Highly recommend this place!

Such a charming place & location is amazing! Steps away from dining, shopping & farmer’s market on the square. The place was clean & inviting and as described. Communication with host was excellent. We would stay again and have already recommended to others.

Absolutely incredible location and space. Literally steps from fantastic restaurants, shopping and Dickson Street. The condo was very clean, well decorated, and great for hosting friends. Working with Alex was a pleasure. We booked it again next month!!

Awesome location right off the square. Was perfect for a game weekend in Fayetteville. Unit was very clean and exactly as presented online. Host was super responsive to questions and check in very easy.

Quiet tree lined street, easy safe parking. Charming comfortable well appointed condo. Very near excellent restaurants, easy walking, historical area. Will choose to stay here again.
