This charming pet and family-friendly house is located just blocks away from the State Capitol and some of the country's top hospitals including UAMS, Children's Hospital, Baptist Hospital and St. Vincent Hospital. With easy access to I-630, you are just minutes away from the Clinton Library, Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Arts Museum and Little Rock Zoo.
Accommodations for up to 8 guests on the main house, and up to 6 on the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, you can rent both or separate. Main house has up to 3 parking spaces, the apartment has it's own private parking space and limited to one vehicle.
Give your family and friends a touch of home while visiting for special events such as weddings and anniversaries. Special rates available for medical guests and their families.

Great attention to detail is the hallmark of this home. There is not one inch of this home that has not been decorated with beauty and comfort of the guest in mind. The biggest surprise was the oasis in the backyard is with a large fountain that relaxes the weary traveler, a mural depicting things of Arkansas and the garden is a joy to the eye. We loved the flow of the living room and dining area. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Also loved the off street parking.

We loved the place! So charming and comfortable. Beds were great and the sofa and chairs in the living room were perfect! We gave location a 4 only because it wasn’t a walkable neighborhood. Proximity to downtown is perfect-just a quick trip.

We are originally from Mexico, and we moved to Little Rock to get into the landscaping and construction business. Little Rock has been our home for 21 years. We have a family of six and we travel a lot. Our favorite family vacations were to Disney World and NASA space center, but nothing compares to being at home in Little Rock. During one of our trips, we realized how convenient it is to rent a house instead of hotel rooms for our large family. So with our knowledge of construction and lawn design, we decided to put our minds together to offer a quality vacation homes in Little Rock!
