House was very cozy and inviting. I loved how cozy the couch was and the master bedroom bed was amazing. I will reserve this house anytime I’m in the area. The host is great at getting back to you and helping if you have any questions.

The home was clean as noted by several previous visitors on this listing. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, we had a couple of unexpected visitors ring the doorbell during our short one day stay which annoyed all of us.

Pros: quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Priced right as 4 bedroom rentals can be pricey. Easy check in process. Cons: several things need to be fixed in the unit or secured in the unit (list sent separately to management). Poor lighting on exterior so night time arrival was tricky with unsteady terrain and bags. Mold in upstairs shower. No exterior patio furniture. Only four coffee mugs for a unit that sleeps 8. We have had rental properties as well and we allow for imperfections. But there is a real lack of attention to detail here and it was a frustration and disappointment.

In this business I run into a lot of really good people then some entitled people. That would sum up my response. Other reviews will reveal the truth. The place is not brand new but it is a great place to stay.

The furniture was nice and comfortable, but the house was falling apart. The floors were uneven downstairs. The kitchen drawers felt like they were going to fall apart every time I opened them underneath the kitchen sink smelled rotten the laundry room reeked of dog urine the downstairs air conditioner did not work. We could not get it below 78. We were also hot that we had to go out and buy fans, the upstairs shower curtain had pink mold, growing on the inside, shower, curtain liner, and yellow stains on the outside of the shower curtain.
