Cruising the Coast & Festival/Holiday Weekends

We can only provide 2 parking permits per unit - strictly enforced. No trailers, RV's, over-sized vehicles that can't fit in a normal sized parking space.

For Cruising the Coast we have additional over-flow parking available next door which can be reserved in advance.

• Max occupancy of 9 is for all ages including children and infants (strictly enforced).

• Parking passes are for regular sized vehicles only; we can not accommodate over sized vehicles or trailers at this time, up to 2 permits.

• After you have a confirmed booking, we will need you to electronically sign a rental agreement and required HOA docs. We also require a copy of driver's license.

• Cable TV is not available in the building. All TVs are smart or have Roku devices and antenna are provided for local broadcast; streaming passwords are not.

• Surveillance cameras are present in al common areas of the building not limited to the lobby, breezeways, elevators, gym, pools, parking lot, etc.

Family vacation

The penthouse was on the 12th floor. It had views with the floor to ceiling windows. Sofa was brand new. Very happy with the property.

7 Adults and 2 kids ( 3 & 1 ), we had all the room we needed and everyone was comfortable. Clean condo with easy access to everything around. Communication was super easy and very professional.

Me and my family stayed here for our vacation this year. We loved the condo it was very spacious. The views from the balcony were amazing. The property and condo was very clean and staff were super nice. Will definitely be coming back.

#1207 made our 25th Anniversary something to remember! The view of the ocean and beach, and the room to make us feel comfortable when we got back 'home'. The room itself wasn't overly extravagant, which we actually liked. There were a couple of tiny issues that I wouldn't have expected from something this expensive, but nothing that would alter my overall feeling of the value of the location, etc. I will probably be renting this out again in a few weeks, but this time we'll bring the kiddos with us and have another awesome time! The kids will flip when they see the room!

The best kept secret

This place was more than I expected. The owners had everything we needed and available. It was centrally located to everything and with the beach directly across street made our enjoyment much more memorable. It was the perfect view to wake up to. If I could think of a place to actually call home

Honest Review

The place itself was great and at a great location right on the beach. Had a total of 6 issues with the place and on the second text to the local host I complained and criticized him pretty hard and he shot back with a very critical insulting reply in return. He said there were extra sheets in the master closet but they didn't look like sheets to me, looked like dark blue light blankets -- my bad. At any rate I texted the host that I would not bother him any more and went out and purchased about $400.00 off stuff to make the stay nice for everyone and took care of the other issues myself as they came up. The 5 star unit and location were brought down to a 3 star overall stay, but it met our needs. My brother in law stayed in another unit in the same building and they had 3 issues but those were quickly resolved by the host, and to give credit where due, I think it was the same guy. In my opinion a nice place like that should have maybe one issue or at the most two. I wouldn't say the amenities were neglected but quite a few things were overlooked. The unit has so much potential and I was just disappointed that the owner didn't take advantage of that and take the whole thing above and beyond to another level with just a little more effort.

Great condo

My family and i were in need of a last minute vacation before school started and found this penthouse gem. The views from the 12th flr were amazing. The condo was very roomy. Everyone had their separate accommodations and the modern decor made us feel right at home. The property was clean and well maintained. Staff members were friendly and ready to assist I would definitely rent this unit again!

We enjoyed our visit and the Condo was as described! Refrigerator needs serviced but that was the only complaint! Definitely would recommend!

What a View

Pinhas Properties' Sienna Condo #1207 has a beautiful view of the Mississippi Sound with views of the pool from the spacious balcony. We were able to watch the superb sunrises and sunsets from both the balcony and the large windows facing south and west. The condo was beautiful and so spacious. With over 1800 sq. ft. and plenty of seating, no one ever felt cramped. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom with comfortable beds. There were plenty of towels and even towels for the beach. We were able to cook full meals in the well stocked kitchen. We visited Ship Island and the Mississippi Aquarium. Bring plenty of suntan lotion. My daughter caught two flounder off the beach across from the condo. They were delicious. And the restaurants are plentiful and serve wonderful seafood. Shaggies , down the road, and Harbor View in Long Beach are two of our favorites. We look forward to visiting again!

Summertime Beauty

We were looking for a last minute family getaway and came across this beauty! From the minute we reached out to host, I knew it was going to be a most pleasurable experience. Gulf beach week.

We had a great week on the gulf . The condo is beautiful and in a great location for visits to Biloxi, Gulfport and ocean springs. The staff members were all very kind and helpful. The pool is beautiful and the views are amazing!

Amazing Stay

We travel frequently and this was one of the best home away from home stays we’ve had! The property was exactly as described and went above any of our expectations! Amazing, Clean Condo

My family had a great vacation! This condo was very clean, really large and comfortable. The decor was great and it felt like home. We all liked having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The condo had everything we needed. I will say, the beds are really high, but super comfortable. The balcony had great views. Although it had lots of afternoon sun, it was also shaded so a great mix. The condo was easy to get to, beautiful views and lots of security features. The outdoor pool was a shallow walk in with the other end as a max of 5ft deep. It was cold, but we didn't mind because we had it mostly to ourselves. Beach towels were provided. Please note, you do not want to plan on swimming in the water along the beach. However, the beach itself is super clean and well kept. We walked it a lot and there were beautiful sunsets. There are so many great restaurants close by (Shaggy's, Shrimp Basket, The Blind Tiger, Margaritaville, etc.). The Aquarium is a must see for all ages. Thank you for helping our family have an amazing vacation!
