The complex is extremely well maintained! It was Cruising the Coast weekend, which we did not know about, my husband was there for a fishing trip. Everything smelled really nice, even the elevator. The landscape was well groomed. The BBQ pits were cleaned out every morning by the staff. That was a plus! The only thing would be to add better pots to cook.

We booked this location because there was to be a pool and sauna in our building. It was broke and we couldn't use it. Even worse, the mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. It sounded like fireworks when you roll over. And, the linens were old. Disappointing for such a nice facility. We were really let down.

We were surprised by this review, as during the stay the guest messaged us directly stating, “Our expectations are absolutely met. We love it!” and no issues were reported. For clarity for future guests: • The indoor pool and hot tub/sauna were fully open and operational throughout this stay. Had there been any confusion locating amenities, we would have been happy to assist. • All mattresses in this unit are newer memory-foam, and linens are professionally laundered and recently replaced.

Terrific Ocean View

Overall we were very pleased with what we consider the whole package in that our condo was as pictured and explained. The amenities were very nice, the grounds well manicured. The pool area was very relaxing, but the water was too cold to enjoy on our 80 degree days. We felt very safe and welcomed. Road noise was a huge turnoff.

Great Condo and Property

This unit was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The owner communication was spot on. We were in Gulfport for a softball tournament and the pools were nice and refreshing after spending a hot day at the park. Would definitely book again!

One last beach vacation before they leave for college.

We had 2 girl teenagers and 2 boy teenagers and me the Dad. We had had a blast. The condo was perfect and had everything inside it we needed. The beach was a short walk across the street. The amenities at the resort were great we spent a lot of time in the pool and on the putting green.

Fantastic 2-Weeks

My family and I stayed for 2-weeks and had the best time. The condo was spacious, even with three kids under 5, and the location was excellent. Being halfway between downtown Gulfport and Biloxi allowed us to take advantage of the restaurants and activities in both cities. The property was clean and safe and pools were great! We'll be back for sure.

We had an awesome time! The room was very spacious compared to others we have stayed in. It had a full kitchen and a actual washer and dryer in the condo that you didn’t have to pay to use! Will definitely be booking again. I would give it 9 out of 10 and only because the issue we had when we arrived.

Legacy 1

Our stay at Isaac’s property was amazing! He communicated every bit of information we needed through email, and it could not have been more thorough. We had everything we needed and more! The check in and check out process was incredibly simple, and the property was beautiful. Also wanted to give a shout out to Luna! I am not sure what her job title was while we were there because we saw her at the guard gate when we entered the property and the next day at the pool. I will tell you though that she was amazing. She was very witty and fun to talk with and answered all questions about the complex that we had. I would definitely recommend this property to stay at and will absolutely look to book with Isaac again in the future. Thank you for a magnificent place for us to stay while celebrating my daughter’s 14th birthday and visiting family and friends.

Great for a family with small kids

Clean condo. Pictures are more or less accurate. Here are the things you need to know if you plan to stay here… There are only 4 hangers and no toiletries are provided. You must bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap which I feel honestly most places provide for their guests. While the property does have a view of the beach/ocean, it is not directly on the beach/ocean. To get there, you need to cross a highway, which definitely detracts from the property. The “third bedroom” is the size of a closet with bunkbeds shoved in there. There is no door nor closet to this room. No adult would be happy staying in there. Also, you can tell that the mattresses are pretty cheap and they used the cheapest toilet paper available. we also experienced some sort of insect infestation in the kitchen drain. I notified the property management about this on the day we left and they said they would take care of it. There is a pool, but it is mostly being used by families with young children.

Thanks for staying with us. We have replenished the shower soaps and closet hangers - sorry for that. There are 3 pools in this complex. The bunkbed room and beach access are accurately described in the listing. Mattresses are memory foam. We removed the food left in the disposal that attracted flies.

Great for families!

This place was perfect for us, my in-laws and my two small kids. My kids were thrilled with the bunk beds, my in-laws’ room was very comfortable. My husband and I were very pleased with the primary bedroom, spacious bathroom with a big bathtub and separate shower, and direct access to the balcony. We had great views of the beach from both the primary bedroom and living room. The balcony was spacious and had enough room to fit a bistro set, table with 4 chairs, and two very comfortable lounge chairs without it feeling crowded at all. So it was great for things like eating breakfast, playing a card game, taking a nap, etc. The place was well stocked- the kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed and then some (including some durable kid-friendly dishes), there were beach towels to borrow, and there were a couple of extra blankets and pillows (perfect for naps on the balcony). For those used to hotel travel, remember to bring your own soaps, shampoos and coffee pods. If you forget any of those like I did, there’s a Walmart conveniently located right down the street. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and I look forward to booking there again!
