The Knolls is one of the most luxurious condominium developments at Lake of the Ozarks. It is nested in a heavily-wood peninsula on the 22MM of the Lake. The view of the Main Channel or at the Cove Side is truly outstanding!
One of the first things you will notice is the oak and pine tree environment at the Knolls. It is quiet haven designed for year-round relaxation and enjoyment of everything The Lake has to offer.
The Main Clubhouse facilities includes indoor pool, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, vending area, game room, and provides a relaxing, informal gathering place for all residents and their guests. Connected to the Clubhouse is our magnificent outdoor pool area.
There is a swim dock, boat launching ramp, crappie beds, 2 outdoor tennis courts and 2 indoor tennis courts, horseshoe pits, fire pit, basketball court, children's playground and a fitness facility.

2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a large living room.
The master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has two Twin beds. Both bedrooms have separate baths.
The living room has a sofa with queen size sleeper and a love seat and dinning table with 6 chairs.
There is a TV in a living room and master bedroom. Cable TV and free Wifi.
There are two balconies. One of them is with the bug net - with table and 6 chairs and a Weber gas grill.
Master bedroom has a balcony with two chairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped and you will find everything you need to cook.
All linens and bath towels are provided. You may just want to bring your pool towels. Condo has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Slip (10x24) is included in the price. Boat ramp and boat trailer parking is also available.

This unit is NO smoking unit - Smoking is not allowed.
Must be 25 years old to rent. No cryptomining allowed.
No bachelor / bachelorette parties allowed. Pets are not allowed. For the safety of the property and guests, Ring door bell is installed.

Multi Sports Resort

We really liked the resort. It had indoor and outdoor pools and tennis, pickeball, launch ramp, and boat slips. The unit itself looked nice. Our socks were a little dirty running around the unit, but it seemed clean other than that. The worst part was the spiders. They were everywhere outside the condo. They were all over the walkways to get to the. condo and in the doorways. They were also all over the boat docks. It doesn't seem like the condo management company cleans the webs away and sprays very often. This is not the condo owner's fault, but the management company's fault. company's fault. Clean and comfy

The condo is very clean and had almost every needed. I recommend more forks and someone taking a look at the dishwasher, don’t think it works now. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed, didn’t have time. We enjoyed our trip and would recommend this condo to any family.

Perfect!

Staying here was an absolute delight! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Nice place, best experience!

Great experience! Booking was a breeze, and upon arrival, we were impressed by the lake views. The condo itself was very clean, well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. The host was welcoming, making sure every detail enhanced our experience. Seamless communication and a blissful retreat by the lake! We will be back!

Lake life

Nice condo. Pictures definitely need to be updated as there is no more pool table and no arcade room in the clubhouse. Not sure about the exercise equipment as we got plenty in walking around the complex. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed and twin. Kitchen needs a few more cooking supplies like baking sheets, liquid measuring cup. The dishwasher was ok but had no place for the utensils for washing. The mattresses definitely needs protectors on them for sanitary reasons and the pillows were extremely flat. Over all the condo was pretty clean. The screened balcony was great. No bugs! Not a lot of steps to get to the unit which was nice. Fishing was great from the dock. Make sure you check the fuse for the hot water heater as it was switched off on us before we got there and didnt know until we came back late at night. 3 of us had very cold showers. All and all everyone in our party had a great time.

Great location and place with family!!

We came in August 2023, this location was very easy to get to. Lots of family things to do with kids and adults. Indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Unit we stayed in was very clean and had a wonderful view of the lake! We will definitely be back!!

The condo was great, it was in a beautiful location, and the condo was very clean and really nice. It had a great screened in deck so you could sit out on. Had a lot of great amenities. And the owner was very good about providing us all the information.

Great stay, perfect for our needs!

Great location, plenty of activities/restaurants close by land or water. Unit was clean, organized with ground level entrance access. Included Covered slip and on property boat ramp was great. Boat ramp is a little tight, any beam over 8’6” or longer than 28’ might have trouble loading in. All in all, very nice in all aspects. Would book again.

Property was very nice centrally located close to the pool tennis courts. The host was very easy to get a hold of as we had some questions about the place there response time was pretty fast. There was laundry left in the dryer that was the only negative about are stay.

Great Stay!

Our stay was wonderful! It had a great view of the main channel. We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was spacious and comfortable for our family. The only reason I marked the Accuracy of the Online Listing with 4 stars is because the second bedroom was advertised with two twin beds and it actually had a twin bed and a full bed, which worked much better for our family, so it was a pleasant surprise.

Great Family Ozark Vacation !

Everything was as advertised. We had no problems what so ever, it was nice and clean. Our first trip to the Ozarks with our 13 yr old son & 9 yr old daughter. This unit is in a perfect spot from the pool(s), bball / tennis courts & playground…you couldn’t get any closer to all. Very nice wooded area, saw lots of dear on the property, but not to far away from everything we needed or wanted to do. The gas grill came in handy & kitchen was well stocked with dining wear / cooking utensils, pots & pans. I highly recommend this unit and would definitely come back. We use Vrbo a lot and are usually somewhat picky in finding the perfect rental that checks all the boxes…this was perfect for us.

Spring break trip - March 2022

We brought our boat and spent 4 nights at the condo during our kid's spring break. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was also stocked very well with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kids liked the indoor pool and foosball/ping pong tables. We also liked the fact we had a main channel view, while our boat was in the quiet cove protected from big cruiser wakes. We did decide to launch/pull our boat from the Grand Glaize Marina (Public Beach 2) as the lake was still at its low level in prep for spring rains. I am glad we decided to do this as we could see a big drop/hole at the end of the ramp which our trailer would have fallen off of. It would be an excellent ramp to use when it is normal/full-pool! Great stay, plan to book again in the future!

Spring break getaway

We had two couples in our party and absolutely enjoyed the condo! The screened in deck was awesome! Highly recommend! We also enjoyed the distillery. A great time for everyone!

We will come back!

We needed a getaway and this unit turned out to be perfect for us. The location was great and the place was super clean. Comfortable and well equipped with all you would need. You can do as much or as little as you want in the area. We absolutely LOVED this unit and the owners are a pleasure, they responded quickly to all our questions. We can't wait to be back next time. Thank you!
