This condo was lovely and a perfect place for our family of six. The condo itself is furnished beautifully and the property is as advertised! The two pools were spectacular and the clubhouse was a great place to hang out during a quick rain shower. We enjoyed our day boating on the lake and using a slip meant we could come and go off of the lake. Check in and communication were smooth and everything was as represented. Would definitely stay here again!

Planned a family trip to the lake. Spacious ultra condo with phenomenal views. My husband is a chef for the Gordon Ramsey four season hotel and the kitchen was perfect for all the great meals that were prepared. Patio has a grill and TV which the kids loved watching cartoons in the evening after a long day in the elite pool. This is my second year staying at Topsider and will be back. Family friendly, lake life, upscale.

Just frustrated when we had no water . Apparently it happens but probably could have told us ahead of time what to do so we didn’t have to go buy water.

The condo was super clean and in a perfect location for some fun pool bars and loved watching all the boats in the am and evening on balcony. The only thing we were all expecting as we’ve stayed at tons of Vrbos and they all include it is there is absolutely nothing in the bathrooms like shower gel, shampoo and cond. usually the owner has a little something so we all had to go buy 3 diff bottles for all 3 bathrooms. Also like there’s no spices or anything or laundry soap. I guess I’m just used to some of that stuff being left for guests but the condo has none of that. Beds were super comfy also! Thanks for the last minute stay!

Thanks for the review! We learned over the years that furnished bath products end up in the trash as most of our guests had particular preferences.

My family and I overall had a good stay at Topsider. It was 4 adults, a 3 year old, and 10 month old. The location was great, the boat slip was nice, and the kids loved the pools. However I do have to complain about the cleanliness of the condo. On day one, the bottom of our feet were black from the dirtiness of the condo floors. My crawling 10 month old had black hands and knees. Each bed had old snacks and dust/dirt beneath it. The couch also had lots of dust and grime beneath it. The bathroom drawers had left over hair in them. It was a nice property but not sure we would stay again.

I'm so sorry you had a negative experience! White socks on children playing inside and likely going out on the deck can be expected to require laundering - likewise with your toddler who is still crawling... Please, don't hesitate to reach out during your stay in the future so we can send our cleaners to rectify issues you experience or if you find something they missed. Thanks for your review!
