Welcome to our Apollo 804. Enjoy beautiful beach, Gulf and sunset views from your private balcony, while enjoying your favorite beverage! The unit is recently remodeled with modern tile throughout, as well as remodeled kitchen and bathroom... Featuring a walk in shower. Coastal furniture and colors to make your Marco Island experience the best possible! High floor to get amazing views of Marco's crescent beach, while watching dolphins play in the Gulf! The complex offers covered parking, pool/hot tub, gym, tennis and private beach access. Walk down below to the attached restaurant, Sunset Grill for food and drinks. Condo includes beach towels, all linens,plates/dishes etc. coffee maker, blender, beach chairs and umbrellas.Condo is directly on the beach! We look forward to meeting you on Marco Island! There is an additional 25$ per stay parking fee due to condo complex due upon arrival.Just and FYI..in peak season, Jan -Easter...there is a week minimum for bookings ...you can of course stay less than a week, but I need to book a full week during this timeframe....Sat-Sat dates please!

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Relaxing & fun Vacation

Enough room for 2 people. Nice compact kitchen area. Condo was clean. Left us enough supplies like dish soap, paper towels etc. to last the week. My husband was happy with the smart TV’s. The views and sunsets from balcony are spectacular!

Beautiful view!

The ocean view from this property is amazing!! On the 8th floor, right on the beach and facing the sunset! Unfortunately it was cloudy during most of our stay so we couldn’t enjoy it but that is no fault of this property. The complex is a little dated and could use a refresh but the room was clean and included everything we needed. Sunset Grill is connected to the Apollo and has a good menu and wonderful drinks. If you’re looking for a great location with a beautiful sunset view right on the beach and don’t need top notch amenities this place is perfect!

Perfect

This unit is amazing. The pictures do not do justice for the views off the balcony. Steps to the beach, great sunset. Unit was very clean, bed was comfortable. The building has great security while only being able to enter with key. We had a great time. Only negative is the hot water seemed to only last about 20-25 mins, so when the next person went to shower, they had to be quick.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

This condo was perfect! So close to the beach, the view was stunning, close to restaurants/shops/entertainment, etc. Well stocked both in the unit and for the beach! Property managers were very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful View and location but couple areas to improve.

Cannot beat the view and location. Communication and check in very good. Price reasonable for what you get but not a significant reduction vs room at Hilton (but much better than JW Marriott). Of course it’s a one berm condo vs hotel room which we value. Very nice to have Sunset Grill as part of lower level of building. Covered parking is very nice to have. TVs are a bit clunky to use since they are Roku TV’s vs cable or satellite. If you aren’t familiar with how accessing various stations works, suggest you read up before you arrive. It’s different than a cable/satellite box. Couldn’t really see what the remodeling was as stated in the property title. Appliances are old but functional, cabinets and counters old but clean and operational. Some living area furniture seemed newer. Bed was comfortable. Seemed a bit overstated and was a surprise, but not anything hard to get over given the other benefits noted. This is not a reflection of owner BUT on checkout day BOTH elevators were out of order! Had to make two trips up and down from 8th floor with luggage. Not a good way to end. And while we were able to manage, I have to wonder about building managements attention to this since when we arrived one elevator had already been out of order for 4 days! How was that elevator not back in order before the second one went down? I could see elderly residents/visitors in lobbyand wonder what would happen in case of serious medical emergencies in a 10 story building.

Weekend get-away

The unit is cute but small for four adults. Beautiful sunset views right on the ocean. Sofa bed is uncomfortable and missing sheets and a pillow case. Minor things but helpful to know for future. Unit is fully equipped with beach chairs and umbrella. Overall a pleasant stay.

Girls Weekend

My adult daughters and I spent a long wknd in this condo, views and sunsets were amazing, condo very clean and had everything we needed in it. The Apollo was extremely clean, the check in process very easy, and felt safe on the property. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay at Apollo 804 was amazing! The view alone is worth the booking. Our Lanai was spectacular! I miss it so much! The building security was perfect, parking was great. Access to everything was on point. Will definitely book longer next time!

5 Day Get Away

The Apollo is in an excellent location, and 804 is clean, well-furnished and maintained. The view of the beach and gulf are amazing! Kurt and Katalina are great hosts. Communication from reservation through check out was excellent. Overall, a great experience. A nice break from the snow and cold.

Anniversary getaway

This is our 3rd time staying at the Apollo.2nd time in this unit. Has everything we need for a relaxing. Rejuvenating beach vacation. Unobstructed beach and incredible sunset views. Will definitely be back.

Product Quality

PROPERTY CONDITION

OVERALL we had a Great Stay. Did want to let You know that the bathroom sink & shower drains ran very slowly - we were actually standing in quite a bit of water in the shower. We purchased the product Drano to use in both of these and it seemed to help.

Super clean condo with amazing sunsets

We’ve stayed at the Apollo three times the last few years and this was the nicest condo so far. We got lucky and had incredible sunsets every night. Saw two dolphins. Fantastic restaurant on site, super convenient for frozen pina coladas on the beach. Covered parking, beach gear including towels and umbrella. We hope to be back!

Great location

Property is a in a great spot, just steps from the beach. Lots of dining options and grocery stores close by. The beach supplies that are provided were very appreciated and all in good condition. Overall, a great place to stay!

Great views of the beach and Gulf

The condo has a awesome balcony with great views of the beach and gulf. The air conditioning was excellent and keeps the condo at your desired temperature. The water pressure for the shower was the best i have had on a vacation. The Sunset Grille that is on the first floor of the building was very convenient for food and drinks throughout the beach day. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this condo.

Great getaway!

Everything was very nice! Great correspondence with questions answered promptly! Only problem for us was not being familiar with the area, we were not sure if we were at the right place until we walked in. I didn’t feel it was marked well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next trip!

Apollo never disappoints

This is a great building. Bar/restaurant on site! Pool, hot tub, great views of beach. Easy parking. Great beach access! Condo was great. Beach chairs and a cooler were provided!

Great Location and View

This condo has an amazing view! The location is also good. Our son loved the beach and pool. Beach chairs, an umbrella and sand toys were available at the condo, which was very helpful. The condo was clean and organized. It worked well for 2 adults and one child.
