The condo is located in the Apollo Condominium complex on the Southern section of Marco Island. It is located on the 8th floor over looking the entire White Crescent Beach with southwest exposure. Gorgeous sunsets, panoramic beach and Gulf views from your private balcony!
Recently upgraded including, duvet comforter in master king bedroom,wireless internet, flat screen tvs in both living room and bedroom plus DVD-pullout full size sleeper sofa in living room,remodeled kitchen includes dishwasher,microwave,stove,range and refrig.granite counters- unit storage has beach chairs,umbrella and beach toys,cooler.. full amenity complex includes pool,hottub,tennis and gym...plus full time security staff.gated entry . Owner maintained and lives locally. Short notice OK.In season, Jan -Easter, you will need to book 1 week minimum...of course you can stay less than 1 week...but in peak season I need to book only 1 week bookings...Sat-Sat dates

Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful view!!!! The apartment is perfect for 2 people. If you are coming with a family like us, keep in mind the sofa bed is not the most comfortable. The kitchen could have more stuff like small plates, more mugs but again just enough for 2. The host communication was great, prompted responding when asked. The check in at the building was a little confusing at first but it worked out. The place was clean and having the beach right across the street makes it totally worth it! We had a great time!

Host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. Made sure everything was set in advance of check in. The condo was spotless and better than advertised. Having a nice place to stay in such a short walk to the beach is the ideal scenario.

Great location, beautiful view, protected deck with outstanding sunsets! Nice pool and jacuzzi. great beach access. Comfortable bed. Kitchen small/cramped/ but adequate for short term stay, adequate kitchen supplies. unit overall a little dated, but clean. great communication with staff. check in easy. onsite parking. would stay again!!

Perfect location!
One of my favorite things to do each morning was to drink coffee on the balcony as I watched the sunrise! Perfect location!

Perfect Spot!
This place was perfect! Clean, spacious, & well equipped for our stay. Not to mention the beautiful view just outside our balcony and easy access to the beach. Easy and quick communication with the host. Will definitely be coming back !

Loved the location of this property. Enjoyed our balcony daily and seeing the sunsets. Beach was great. Sunset Grille had very good food! Unit was a little dated but overall very nice.
