Boutique mountain condo with BREATH-TAKING views in the heart of it all!

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate shower. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.

We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.

The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.

Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

In the condo we have a binder including many suggestions on places to explore in the area. Come and indulge yourself in this cozy boutique mountain retreat--you will find out why Canmore has always been our happy place. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Our stay was exemplary! The location has beautiful views and is within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything from spices to laundry supplies.My only suggestion is making the instructions/directions on how to get to the hot tub a bit more clear as they aren't easy to locate. Thanks for the amazing stay!

This condo was in a great location - very walkable to downtown Canmore for dinner or just to browse. A 25 min to Banff. We are so glad we stayed in Canmore instead of Banff, much quieter and charming.

Nice space with a good view of mountains. Easy access to the grocery store and hardware stores and Banff and Canmore. Whole area was clean and pretty quiet for "in-town". Kitchen was probably one of the better stocked in our VRBO experience. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the balcony each night.

We stayed in the condo for 5 nights. The apartment was spotless. We especially loved views from the living room and balcony!The location was great: across the street from the supermarket, a short walk to a number of restaurants and shops in town, and great hiking starting right from town, with mountain views all around!We loved exploring the Canadian Rockies: Banff, Minnewanka, Emerald and Moraine Lakes, Icefields Parkway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Perfect place to stay in the Rockies!

We loved staying in Canmore as it was just a quick trip north to everything we wanted to do. We even spent one day in Canmore hiking up to Grassi Lakes and Quarry Lake as well as seeing the Engine Bridge. We loved the downtown - so similar to Banff but with less people! The condo was in a perfect location so we could walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the downtown shops. The mountain view was incredible! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including access to a workout room and hot tub. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

The location was wonderful! The condo was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Check in was complicated by the difficult to find number on the condo building. The lady at the pet store assisted me to find the building.

Great apartmentWell equipped with everything we needed Location was fantastic Communication was excellent and access to the property was easyWe loved our stay. Canmore is a mountain town. We found it much nicer than Banff. We had an amazing dinner with friends at the Wood, one of the recommendations left in the room information by Cindy. We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again if we return to Canmore. Thanks for having us stay!

What a treat

Our short stay in Cindy and Rob’s condo was a treat. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Ideal for 3 adults in a modern area of Canmore. Walking distance to Main St and many eating venues. Awesome views out the main window to the mountain range. The condo was very homely and no detail was left unattended by Cindy and Rob. Thankyou both.

Great experience

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and professionally set up. Owners were very easy to deal with and the location was outstanding. I can gladly recommend this property and would very happily book here again. The hot tub was an added bonus after a couple long ski days!

Amazing

Stayed in this building before and this is the nicest of them so far. Really clean and well stocked. Loved it. My only challenge I had, which is a building thing not just for this unit is the hot tub is very hard to get reservations and parking tight for bigger vehicles although this unit’s spot is better than others.

Wonderful stay in Canmore

I really enjoyed my short stay in Canmore for a ski trip. The place was well stocked and check in/out was a breeze. One thing to note is that the hot tubs are only available via reservation. During our stay they were fully reserved after 5 PM each day.

Anfitrión: Cindy Haugen and Rob Munro

Cindy fell in love with the mountains of Canmore when she visited them with her Grandma as a little girl. As a University of Calgary student, she and Rob got engaged at Lake Minnewanka near Canmore. They have been married now for over 35 years and have two adult sons. They have enjoyed coming back to Canmore regularly and are very happy to own property in the town they pledged their love.

Once you see the mountains of Canmore you will understand why we love this town. The views are incredible, and there is always lots to do, from hiking, skiing to picnicking. There are so many amazing restaurants to choose from. We hope to retire in Canmore someday.

We love this condo because it is within walking distance to downtown and all the amenities you require. Sometimes we park our vehicle in the parkade and it doesn't move until we grudgingly have to go home! We fell in love with the view, the roof top hot tubs and the stone fireplace in the living area. This is our happy place--our home away from home.
