Boutique mountain condo with BREATH-TAKING views in the heart of it all!

2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 6. Welcome to our cozy condo in the middle of the Rockies, where there is always lots to do! Located in the Canmore Crossing Complex, our "Happy Place" includes two bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa in the main living area. The spacious master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom/den (no window) includes a queen bed, both with luxurious linens. Both rooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The bedrooms share a large "jack and jill" bathroom, which includes a bathtub and separate shower. There is also a convenient half-bath off the main living area.

We are family friendly, and offer a Harmony "Play and Go" portable crib/playpen, and a booster seat which can be attached to a dining chair for the little ones. Our games, books and dvd's are suitable for kids of all ages.

The kitchen is very well-stocked to meet all your culinary needs, and we will supply the coffee and tea to get your morning started! Grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and downtown are all within walking distance. Underground heated parking access is available, as well as ski and bike storage. A stone gas fireplace will keep you warm after taking to the slopes in the winter.

Our corner deck includes a barbecue and features incredible views of the Grotto and Lady MacDonald Mountains. Enjoy our large television with a good cable package, excellent WIFI, a DVD player with movies and a good selection of board games for both kids and adults. We are part of a three building condo unit. Two rooftop hot tubs in the adjacent buildings offer spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains, and there is an indoor hot tub in our building. There is also an exercise room in each building, and Elevation Place is nearby, which has a swimming pool, climbing gym and full fitness centre. The ROAM Transit bus stop is across the street, to take you around Canmore and nearby Banff if you do not want to drive.

In the condo we have a binder including many suggestions on places to explore in the area. Come and indulge yourself in this cozy boutique mountain retreat--you will find out why Canmore has always been our happy place. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. We'd love to hear from you!

Loved the room two showers was awesome! View was super nice, location was great as well, underground parking was a major plus. Only one downside was the hot tub didn’t have any jet settings and was a little run down, however it was still beautiful on the roof. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect location! We enjoyed downhill skiing at Sunshine resort and Lake Louise, local hiking and cross country skiing and spent a day at the Nordic spa! The condo was perfect location to everything and so comfortable during the cold snowy winter weather. Spectacular holidays in the Rockies!

This condo was in a great location - very walkable to downtown Canmore for dinner or just to browse. A 25 min to Banff. We are so glad we stayed in Canmore instead of Banff, much quieter and charming.

Our stay was exemplary! The location has beautiful views and is within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was cozy, clean, and well-stocked with everything from spices to laundry supplies.My only suggestion is making the instructions/directions on how to get to the hot tub a bit more clear as they aren't easy to locate. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Nice space with a good view of mountains. Easy access to the grocery store and hardware stores and Banff and Canmore. Whole area was clean and pretty quiet for "in-town". Kitchen was probably one of the better stocked in our VRBO experience. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Enjoyed the balcony each night.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. We especially loved views from the living room and balcony!The location was great: across the street from the supermarket, a short walk to a number of restaurants and shops in town, and great hiking starting right from town, with mountain views all around!We loved exploring the Canadian Rockies: Banff, Minnewanka, Emerald and Moraine Lakes, Icefields Parkway.

Cindy fell in love with the mountains of Canmore when she visited them with her Grandma as a little girl. As a University of Calgary student, she and Rob got engaged at Lake Minnewanka near Canmore. They have been married now for over 35 years and have two adult sons. They have enjoyed coming back to Canmore regularly and are very happy to own property in the town they pledged their love.

Once you see the mountains of Canmore you will understand why we love this town. The views are incredible, and there is always lots to do, from hiking, skiing to picnicking. There are so many amazing restaurants to choose from. We hope to retire in Canmore someday.

We love this condo because it is within walking distance to downtown and all the amenities you require. Sometimes we park our vehicle in the parkade and it doesn't move until we grudgingly have to go home! We fell in love with the view, the roof top hot tubs and the stone fireplace in the living area. This is our happy place--our home away from home.
