We're sorry to hear that the number of towels wasn’t sufficient — we’ll definitely add a few more sets to make things more comfortable for future guests. We also understand the frustration around the hot tub reservation system. It's in place to help manage usage and ensure everyone gets a fair chance, but your suggestion is a great one.
