The last day to book/stay at this property short-term into January of 2021 is December 31, 2020. After that the minimum stay/booking requirement is 28 days. The city of Rancho Mirage has prohibited the short vacation rentals going forward.
Rancho Mirage is an exclusive destination. The house is surrounded by the beautiful mountains with the most incredible hiking trails. The neighborhood is known as Magnesia Falls. Because it is in a cove it is not as windy. The presidents of the USA made Rancho Mirage their home. The town is famous for its stunning golf courses, the Sunnylands (Annenberg estate) frequented the leaders of the world. The Larry Ellison estate (the major shareholder of Oracle) where the most prominent American and foreign personalities stayed at or were playing golf is just a few blocks from the house. Our golf courses and tennis facilities are world renowned. The Indian Wells Masters BNP Paribas is an annual tennis tournament held in March at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden in Indian Wells, California, United States. Indian Wells is another exclusive community which is close to house. The street of El Paseo is just minute away from the house. The El Paseo’s boutiques, galleries and showrooms are overflowing with sparkling wares. The Christmas decorations make this street unique and special. It resembles the Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Don't miss the El Paseo Cruise Night. It is an impressive display of the most spectacular antique/classic cars. Villa Kardona is located within walking distance to the Omni Hotel where you can catch a shuttle to Coachella Fest, Stagecoach and Desert Trip. The Omni also offers a fabulous Spa.
