Recently remodeled and well-appointed home in every way. This property has new mattresses, new bedding, new towels, all new kitchen appliances, kitchen has every gadget you need to cook and all new dishes and flatware. New pool, firepit and spa. The home is decorated in neutrals and hints of blue.
The family room has a huge sectional to relax on while watching a 65 inch flat screen TV. Every bedroom has a wall-mounted TV as well one in the living room above the fireplace. New ceiling fans in every room. This home has many areas to sit and relax, entertain or set up a puzzle, play a game of Scrabble, read, or take a walk in a very safe neighborhood. You can park your car in the oversized driveway or garage.
Pool/spa can be heated for additional fee of $40/day.
WiFi and internet TV included.
Monthly housecleaning included.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We absolutely love the proximity of this home to all the restaurants, shopping and festivals! Its less than a mile to El Paseo. Our goal was to make this home as inviting and comfortable as possible, both for ourselves and our guests, and we thing we've succeeded. We may live there full time someday in the future, but for now we welcome all our guests!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
This home is a rare find because it is located so close to El Paseo, the main downtown street in Palm Desert, but it is not built in the 1950's or 1960's as are most of the homes nearby. The small neighborhood is clean, safe and quiet.
