Kick off your shoes in this cozy, newly renovated cottage in Southampton Cove, a quiet gem of a neighborhood only minutes from Southampton Village. Decorated in a laid-back, bohemian beach style, this is the perfect place to relax. The house sits across the street from peaceful Fish Cove in a very quiet neighborhood with no through traffic - great for families. High ceilings, wide plank wood floors, white walls and glass doors open on to a spacious deck which steps down to a very large yard with winter water views giving the cottage a breezy, open feeling. The first floor has a kitchen, open living and dining area, two guest bedrooms with queen beds, full bath (with deep soaking tub) and laundry. A private, enclosed outdoor shower is a big bonus in the summer. The second floor has two guest rooms (one with a twin trundle bed, one with a full bed) separated by an additional loft area for lounging. Within 1 mile you'll find Towd Point Beach (a gorgeous bay beach with spectacular sunsets), a full service marina, a deli, three restaurants and a family-run farm stand in operation since 1945. Just a 5-mile drive to world class shopping, restaurants and pristine ocean beaches in Southampton Village and an 8-mile drive to the charming seaside village of Sag Harbor.

Hamptons Marathon Girls Trip

We went to The Hamptons for marathon weekend and decided to make it into a quick girls trip. I have been renting places through VRBO for over 10 years and Liz by far is the best host I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Her home is very charming, extremely clean and we had plenty of room for 5 women. Her home is centrally located and is an easy drive everywhere. This was our 1st trip to the Hamptons and only had 48 hours to do the race and explore. I asked Liz for guidance on how to make best use of the little time we had. She literally put together an itinerary for us based on our interests complete with beach locations, shops, restaurants, and local special events going on that weekend. Her communication is outstanding and she went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced from a host on VRBO. I would give her a 10 star rating if I could. Thank you Liz helping us have a wonderful weekend. We love your home ! Sue and Family

Great visit.

Our family had a great time at the Southampton location. The rainy weather didn't stop us to feed the birds at a nearby park. (Thanks for the tip Liz) We had the entire beach to ourselves in the rainy weather. The place is as pictured and Liz has done a great job in making our stay comfortable. We had a great time and would love to be back in the future.

Girls Get Away

This house was immaculately kept and cozy. We came up for a girls weekend touring vineyards and taking in the local culinary fare, and Liz made us feel welcome from the moment we entered the home. Her attention to the details was not missed on us between the lovely welcome note and an extensive list of recommendations in and around the area. We truly felt like our friend was lending us their home and made sure we felt welcome. I would highly recommend this home for families and girls getaway for sure. Thank you Liz we could not have been happier with our stay.

Shhh don't tell anyone.....

This is the best vacation house there is! The house is so comfortable and inviting, it was the perfect size for our family of three (with actually room for about 5 more people had we wanted,) and was well outfitted with anything we needed. The host was amazing and was a wealth of knowledge about the area and anything we needed from it. We can't wait to book our next stay here so don't tell your friends, we want it to be available for us next time!

Fantastic property, beautiful area

We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful little house - it really is as lovely as it looks in the photos. The house is kitted out with everything you could need, plus a few little extras on arrival. Liz went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests and was easy to reach throughout the booking process and the stay itself. The area was great with loads to do, even when the weather wasn't perfect. Highly recommended! Thanks Liz!

The house was so adorable. It is small but well appointed. It was pristinely kept and well stocked with all the basic essentials you need. Liz is a welcoming host and set the tone for a wonderful stay.

The house is clean and bright and beautifully decorated. The house is at a walking distance from the north beach and a 15 min drive from south beach. The host welcomed us with wonderfull places to go with the kids and beaches and restaurants recommendations! We cannot wait for other stays here. It was really relaxing.

Beautiful, quiet vacation spot

My family and I stayed for two nights, and we loved it. We'll definitely try to stay here again the next time we come to Long Island. We spent two afternoons nearby at Circle Beach and my boys had fun digging for clams and chasing fish in the tidepools. We packed sandwiches from Porco's deli down the street on Noyack Road -- get 'The Godfather', it's amazing. The cottage was very clean and well appointed, the yard was an unadvertised feature (shady, great porch, and a lovely firepit!). The neighborhood was quiet, great for a morning run. Liz was attentive and thoughtful, and has obviously put a lot of effort into making her house welcoming to guests.

Lovely Host, Beautiful Home

This is such a gorgeous little getaway nestled in a quiet woodsy area. It's well-decorated, light and airy, and so close to a lake + a nice stroll to Towd Point Beach. Liz was more than helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, and we had such a great time in Southampton. Honestly, this place would be BEAUTIFUL in the Fall ...hope to come back then :)

I grew up in the Hamptons but I've traveled all over the world and lived in many different places. After exploring, I realized one of the prettiest places is right back at home.

I just bought this house and renovated it top to bottom with my dad who is a retired builder. My friends and family all poured their hearts in to this place to make it special. It was a true labor of love. Being a 5th generation local girl I can help make your visit special because I know the best spots in the area. I hope you love sitting on the deck with a coffee or beer as much as I do!

Southampton Cove is a little hidden gem. A lot of home owners have lived here for generations so they truly care about their neighborhood. You can often hear the ice cream truck driving by and see kids riding their bikes with their dogs trailing behind. Right down the street is Towd Point beach which is so peaceful and has some of the most amazing sunset views around. The house itself is super charming and drenched in sunlight. I'm only the second owner and I spent a lot of time talking to the previous owner who made so many amazing family memories in this house.
