Hampton's Retreat - Seas the Moment

Welcome to our spacious cape style home. It features four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs and a full bathroom on each floor. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has two twin beds and one has a futon.
You are welcome to bring your own but we do provide plenty of linens, pillows, bath and beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The house is overstocked with everything you need to make you feel at home. Our home is walking distance to the Bay, The Station Bar and Grill Restaurant, Rocky's Lobster Bar, and the Foster Avenue Playground. Hampton Coffee Shop just opened in 2025 and is right down the road (formerly The Green Door). The Ocean (Ponquogue Beach) is less than 2 miles away. The house has many amenities including internet, smart TVs, washer/dryer, gas grill, outdoor fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn games, and a detached garage. The backyard is very private and is fully fenced in. This is an ideal location if you want to visit the beaches, the vineyards, the outlets or just come and relax. The train station is just minutes away. Our home is perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

One of the best places we’ve stayed Out East! The hosts were incredibly communicative and the home was impeccable and so wonderfully located. A must- stay place in the Hamptons.

Perfect to chill and get away

The home was very clean and comfortable, amenities as described, communication was excellent and great dining recommendations from owner. It was nice and peaceful, would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this house. Everything was perfect; the location, the amount of space in the house, and the communication with the owners. Check in and check out was seamless. We would love to stay at this home again.

Nice property

Property was clean and well stocked. Maybe a little smaller than some but for our group of seven it worked well. Owners very easy to deal with and communication was great.

Summer Stay

This is now our second summer staying here. We feel right at home with the property. It’s clean, quiet, has AC, and enough room for our small family. Christine is a delight as the home owner.

Lovely home to spend a long weekend with the family

We had an amazing long weekend. The house is lovely, well entertained, so comfortable and clean, well located. The garden is beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need and spacious! I totally recommend it for a few days with the family and/or with friends!

Wedding Bells

Great house, makes you feel you are at home. Second time renting it. Very clean, near beach and all go to locations tor fun. Family loves staying here. A must if looking to rent in Hampton Bays. Stay here for my nieces wedding for the weekend. Great time had by all.

Long weekend stay with friends

We stayed at Christine’s place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The house itself was perfect: clean, spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and exactly as described. The house is well located, close enough to both the beach as well as the main town. The grill, large yard, and fire pit were great as well. I would recommend and would certainly stay again.

50th Birthday Celebration

Loved everything about this property. Close to everything. House had ever amenity and was perfect for our family gathering. Owner was available when needed. Yard was huge for badminton, corn hole ladder toss etc. definitely recommend this property and may return next year.

MDW with friends

This is my second year in a row staying at Christine's house for Memorial Day Weekend. Her house is conveniently located close to the beach and town. The house is well stocked with everything we needed and plenty big enough for our group. We loved having the back yard to hang out and grill dinners at night.

The house was wonderful. Very clean, plenty of space very comfortable. Instructions very clear on the expectations of the guests. Access very easy. Could not have been any happier

Perfect for us!

We are originally from the Hamptons and were so delighted with our stay. We were JUST west of the canal which equals less traffic! The house was much roomier than appears in photos and our host had EVERYTHING we could want and need for the stay. It was immaculate and well taken care of. The back yard is spacious and lush. Would def stay again!

Amazing Weekend!

6 friends and I stayed in Christine’s house for a long weekend and enjoyed every second! The house is adorable, clean, with a very well kept yard in the perfect location. Christine made herself available to us at any time if we had any questions or issues. We would 100% stay here again!

Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house!!! Super cozy and has everything you need from beach supplies to bbq for grilling. Perfect location as there is a beach within a few minutes driving. The host are such great people and very accommodating if we needed anything. Great communication and fast reply’s. We will definitely rent from them again!! Thank you for everything Christine!

wonderful stay!

The house was very clean and in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook meals. All the beds were comfortable and the AC/fans made a perfect temperature. The backyard was very large which my kids really appreciated. The home is less than a 5 minute drive to Ponquogue Beach and less than 10 minutes to local shopping centers and major high ways for travel to other attractions. What made this stay better than any other stay I've had at other properties was the timely and kind communication with the host.

I spent a month at Hampton’s Retreat in July. It is a well maintained house in a quiet neighborhood. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and in good condition. The kitchen is large and well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals for a large group. Check in and check out were extremely easy and Christine was always available during our stay to answer questions. The backyard is large and peaceful. We spent many mornings and evenings there. The house is a short drive to the beautiful ocean beach. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.
