Located directly across the street from the sandy public beach, not only is this properties location sure to impress, the home itself is as well!

The Inside Scoop
This property was newly renovated in 2018 and is nicely decorated in lakeside decor. This property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 13 people and has two full bathrooms. The massive kitchen with double wide fridge, beer/wine cooler and sit up bar is sure to impress. It is fully stocked with all the necessities required to cook any meal while on vacation.

The Sweet Spot has two living/entertainment rooms as well as a games room with Foosball and poker tables. You can keep the whole family entertained!

The Outdoor Score
The covered outdoor patio overlooks the lake and public beach. A large fully fenced backyard to entertain any gaggle of people and sitting place with fire pit in the front yard overlooking the lake.

What a little gem with a great lake view and an amazing kitchen stocked with absolutely every appliance you'd ever need and a layout great for our group of nine. The hosts were immediately responsive and helpful.

The home is at the end of a very quiet street and has easy access to the beach, which is just across the street. The home provides a great space for a large family as there is space for everyone inside and outside the home.

Clean, completely stocked kitchen made for a no-stress stay, lots of room for all. We hope to go back next year! (Eaves troughs should be cleaned, rain water soaking the deck, it will rot eventually)

A perfect set up for a group of women.

The property was across the street from the lake in a very quiet, rural area. Our 65 plus ball team was participating in the BC Seniors Games in Salmon Arm. The kitchen was the most complete I have seen in a VRBO. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit, games room and physical beauty of the area.

Great Family Vacation Spot

The property was great for our family vacation. The living spaces were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with appliances/utensils and the fridge was large enough to fit all of our food for a week. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only limitation would be no closet space. While the listing notes AC, it is quite small unit for the sq ft of the house and gets quite hot by the end of the day/night. There are several fans but sometimes that was not enough. The location was amazing, at the end of a quiet road and right across from the beach. The beach was not busy at all and sometimes we had the whole thing to ourselves!

Could use some improvements

Great house, great location. Fully stocked. Lots of sleeping spaces but no closets. Instructions were not exactly accurate. TV's didn't work. Propert manager had to come to fix it. Down stairs tv never had a signal. Cleaning could be done a bit better. Other than these minor imperfections, it was a great place with lots of room and awesome location right across from the lake.

Swansea Point

Kitchen is amazing, fully stocked with everything and more, even oil and spices, foil and plastic wrap, trays, plastic and glass ware. This place wins for the best stocked beautiful kitchen award in a VRBO I've been to. We really enjoyed our evenings on the front deck, it's so comfortable and cozy, we had a lot of laughs sitting out there. There was five women and we all were happy with our beds/rooms. Nice clean linen and lots of pillows to go around. Only slight negative about the sleeping quarters is that I would suggest a room darkening curtain on the basement floor bedroom, it's a white ruffled curtain that does little to block the light. Otherwise we were all comfortable, it was so quiet. The house has two living rooms and a huge back yard, this would be a fantastic family rental as well, there's a lot of space. The late check in and early checkout, while understandable, really seems to cut into the vacay time so make sure you book enough time off, we could have used one more day because of that. Gorgeous area and lake, loved our stay.
