When you're not building sandcastles or exploring, dive into the community pool (unheated) or sprawl out on the oversized balcony, offering ample space for lounging and laughter.

LIVING

Our spacious home exudes coastal charm with light oak wood plank walls and a light, airy aesthetic. Gather with loved ones in the open living space, featuring ample seating including a brand new teal sofa and 4 blue swivel chairs.

Entertainment awaits with a large 65" flat screen TV atop a beautiful TV cabinet stocked with books and games.

KITCHEN/DINING

Flowing off the living area is the dining table that seats six. The spacious kitchen island, also offers barstool seating for 4. The open floor plan allows everyone to mingle!

The fully equipped kitchen has custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need to whip up great meal- just being the chef. There is a 14 cup traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig, mixer, blender, lobster pot, Crock Pot, pots n' pans and spices. Some pics of interior cabinets are included!

The lower level also has a full bathroom with shower/tub and a large laundry room with a new high efficiency washer/dryer.

SLEEPING

Upstairs, you'll find 2 Private Master King Suites with beautiful ensuite bathrooms and include the following amenities:

PARADISE PALM Master Suite: The navy master at the top of the stairs is serene and inviting. There is a comfortable King platform bed and ensuite bathroom. The bed has a luxurious mattress, a large dresser and a large wall-mounted flat screen 60"TV. This room has blackout curtains, tasteful decor and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

CORAL RETREAT Master Suite: There is a comfortable King bed with a memory foam mattress, a dresser and a large wall-mounted flat screen 60"TV. This room has an ensuite bathroom (granite counter) with a large shower.

SEA SHELLS: 2 FULL sized beds to sleep 4. The new pillow topped mattresses will ensure a great nights sleep! There is a large dresser, and a wall mounted flat screen 60" TV. This room can access a shared bathroom (tub/shower) in the hall.

BABY SHARKS: In the hall, there is a large nook, featuring an adorable custom built twin bunk with shark pint bedding-suitable for 2 kids.

OUTDOOR
You'll enjoy breathing in the fresh ocean air on the spacious balcony with ample seating. It's a perfect spot to sit back and relax, and you are directly overlooking the pool! The patio boasts string lighting, a large dining table with bench seating and 2 Adirondack chairs. It's perfect for morning coffee or an evening 🍷chilling at night, playing games, etc.

To secure your stay at Coral Dreams, please review the following:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Upon booking, you'll receive a Point of Contact form and Rental Agreement to e-sign.

LOCATION: 473 E. 1st Ave, Gulf Shores, AL 36542

SAFETY: Fire alarms, Carbon Monoxide Detector, and Fire Extinguishers are located throughout the home.

CHECK-OUT: Prompt check-out is at 10 AM.

RENTAL AGE POLICY: We only rent to family groups with guests ages 22 and older. Maximum occupancy is 8 adults/10 guests total.

PET POLICY: Pets must be approved with payment of a $150 pet fee.

SMOKING & EVENT POLICY: Absolutely no smoking, vaping, parties, or events are permitted.

BOOKING POLICY:
A 25% Deposit is due at booking with balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Deposits are fully refundable (less $99 cancellation fee) if cancelled 45 days before arrival.
Credit cards accepted (3% fee applies).
A $200 security deposit hold is placed on your card 3 days before arrival, and released 5 days after departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TRIP INSURANCE: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances affecting your trip. No refunds will be given for weather, natural disasters, or travel delays.

CLEANING FEE: Our only fee is a cleaning fee, which goes directly to our cleaning staff.
