📄 RENTAL AGREEMENT: Once a booking is made, you will be e-mailed a POC (point of contact) form and short Rental Agreement to e-sign. This agreement is simply for liability purposes.
💵 SECURITY DEPOSIT: There is a $200 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart!
