Ketchikan Northern Retreat - 3 Bedroom Apartment on Large Private Lot

We are located 10 miles north of the busy downtown area, backing to the forest hillside. The large lot offers privacy and room if you have multiple vehicles or you can bring your boat! Just a 3 minute drive (12 minute walk) to Totem Bight State Park and beach access. We are located 5 miles from Knudson Cove Marina and the public boat launch.

The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can accommodate a large group or family. You will have privacy and comfort in your own ground floor apartment with no stairs and a separate outside entrance.

There is a well-appointed, outfitted kitchen with staples and condiments stocked prior to your arrival. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, deep fryer, electric grill, plus more.

Two of the bedrooms have two twin beds that can convert to King beds upon request (prior to arrival). The master bedroom has one queen and one twin bed with private bathroom. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room.

A gas barbecue grill is provided on your own deck. There is also a separate burner and large pot for cooking crab or seafood outside and a chest freezer to keep your catch.

For your indoor entertainment there is a HDTV with Tivo,, full cable package with movie channels and Wifi.

There is a shared large capacity front load washer and dryer in the garage. Laundry products are provided.
