Beautiful 3bd/2ba home perched on Deermount Street overlooking Tongass Narrows. Located just minutes walking distance to historic Thomas Basin Marina, the famous Creek Street and downtown shopping. Also located on the Ketchikan Walking tour route. This home is perfect for a memorable Alaskan family vacation with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms hosting a bunkbed room with a full-size futon sleeper that comfortably sleeps 7. Enjoy watching the daily cruise lines depart through Tongass Narrows right from the couch! A fully equipped kitchen will be a chefs delight for making delicious meals.
There is a single parking space at the home for 1 vehicle and the entry to the home requires a set of stairs -therefore this home is not wheelchair accessible.

The property was perfect for our needs and the location was exceptional. The hosts, Sophia and Josh, were super responsive and accommodating. We had just finished the R2AK, a 750 mile sailboat race to Ketchikan. A soft warm dry bed and hot shower were luxuries we had not had for 7 days.

The Bungalow was very cozy and comfortable for us, the kitchen was well stocked with great knives, cookware and dishes. The beds were comfortable and laundry facilities top notch.

This is such a cute little place in a great spot in Ketchikan. There’s easy access to the water, downtown, and Creek Street. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are too, and there’s plenty of room for everyone.The best part was the great communication with the owners. We managed to lock ourselves out one night, and they were so nice about it. They got us back in right away.Thank you so much for everything! We will be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

This was a clean, like new property, that was a short walking distance to downtown. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It slept six comfortably. It was well decorated with a SE Alaska theme. I would book again in a heartbeat, and recommended it to friends and family in Ketchikan who may need temporary lodging or for out of town guests.

We had a great time and place was in a quiet area close to the downtown. We walked several times to various places. Place was well stocked and very clean. We would stay again if in the area.

Perfect for our stay

I came to Ketchikan with 2 work colleagues for a conference and the Coho Bungalow worked perfectly. We had plenty of room, all the kitchen supplies we needed for quick meals and snacks.

The house was very nice and exceptionally clean. They had games to play, a washer/dryer and also condiments and spices, which we really appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only draw back was limited parking but would definitely stay there again!

Great experience

Wonderful home for our multi-generational family to stay on our visit to Ketchikan. Central location to be able to walk into town to grab a bite to eat or do a bit of shopping. The house is stocked with everything you could ever need, including some basic condiments and seasonings, all the way to a portable crib and highchair. There are stairs to get to the front door, but a perfect "arctic entry" at the top to drop your jacket and shoes.

Great place, great location!

Nice, very clean unit with a nice view from front room. Not too many steps to unit as many places in Ketchikan have. Stocked with everything we needed including bath soaps laundry detergent and spices for our short three day stay. Walking distance from much of the town which was wonderful. Beds were firm but comfortable. Wifi was excellent despite multiple cruise ships being in town. Only drawback here is the challenging parking spot, might be rough for older folks.

The coho bungalow fit 6 adults fine--2 baths, 1shower, plenty of sleeping room . Close enough to town to walk everywhere. . the area around it looks like a bad college dorm area--houses in bad shape, junk outside--but if you don't look at that, its a great location, inside very nice and good value. steep parking but you can park at end of hill for free..

Bungalow was perfect very nice and clean. It was located very close to everything we needed.Kitchen was well equipped, so we were able to cook breakfast and dinner, we definitely be back if we’re coming to the area .
