Luxury Studio on the 14th floor in the best location in Medellin at Edifico Blux, a well know building with 24/7 security in the lobby. Situated in Poblado within walking distance to the best shopping, nightlife and entertainment the city has to offer. king bed with pillow top mattress, sofa bed , two HD TV, comfortable balcony seating, washing machine, completely outfitted kitchen. There is a pool on the 10th floor in addition to a viewing deck and a small gym with cardio and a few weights for that quick workout. Everything in Medellin is close to this perfectly located studio that will not disappoint you.

Great Stay

Property was just as advertised, the staff at the property were phenomenal with assisting me with any questions I had. My Host Tom had helpful information & absolutely made sure I had a great stay, answered all of my questions & went far & beyond when it came to giving me accurate information & making sure everything was in order before my arrival. Highly recommend this place!

Amazing view with convenient location in upper Poblado

The unit is as advertised. We did quite a bit of cooking there. Thomas was a very helpful host who responded to any needs we had such as a burned out lightbulb. The unit is located up the hill from the popular al Poblado area and as such, it is much quieter than other units where I have stayed. The view is spectacular but be aware there is no air-conditioning and so it does get a little warm if that is a concern of yours. Ubers/Taxis are very convenient for all your coming and goings. If you are returning after 10 or 11 PM, be sure to take one.

Great spot!

Location is great and Tom is by all means the most wonderful host. He gave us recommendations to nearby activities/restaurants and is very knowledgeable about the area. The view from the balcony is just beautiful! I highly recommend this spot if you want a more quiet place to spend some time with the action just a short walk away.

Great apartment, excellent location and gorgeous view!

My husband and I went to Medellin for a friend’s wedding. We didn’t want to stay in a hotel but wanted to stay someplace to experience neighbor hood living. We were totally happy with this apartment and felt very secure. Tom was the best host we’ve ever rented from. Great advice on transportation and restaurants and always responded within minutes on any question. We would love to come back!

Tom’s place is beautiful in every way, a perfect home base while in Medellin. The best thing for me was the amazing view and the lovely patio. I spent many mornings and sunsets out there. Although I must say, it was hard to tear myself away from the super comfortable king bed. Great mattress and very soft sheets. There were plenty of plush towels as well. It’s obvious this place was furnished with the utmost care. More importantly, Tom is a perfect host. He was always accessible and went above and beyond being helpful in communicating with me before and during my stay. I’ve stayed in many VRBO and Airbnb’s in my travel and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. Thanks, Tom, hope to stay again very soon!

Well beyond what you pay for

This host is absolutely incredible . Never met a person so willing to help you in any given situation and always be by his phone. Incredibly accommodating , professional , and treats you like family. Thomas is an incredible host . Now about the apartment , I Miss it already . Such a great apartment . The pictures don’t do it enough justic . the bed puts me to sleep in minutes and keeps me asleep . So comfortable ! The view and balcony furniture is very comfortable . The washer / dryer incredibly effective . Coffee machine is a god send . This is an apartment that the host use to live it so you know he decorated it and provided accommodation as if it were his own home . Lots of other properties tend to leave that out . One last thing, the cleaning lady is so detailed she even cleaned out my coffee filter . Truly luxury living . I cannot wait to come back .

Awesome Studio!

Everything about this place was perfect! The location was perfect, easy to transport, secure and around of many restaurants. The studio's view with the balcony was amazing, the bed was so comfy, we used the washer and dryer and worked perfectly fine. Tom was super helpful, he let us check in early around 1pm, give us tons of recommendations of restaurants and things to do around. He reply to my msgs right away. Definitely a great experience, we would go back to his place againg with out douts. Gracias Tom!
