The true LAKE LOVERS Dream, Leave it all behind and escape to one of the most private and tranquil properties on the Table Rock Lake. An amazing drive thru the Mark Twain National Forrest winding thru tree canopied roads to the tip of the Peninsula. Once you arrive you will understand what a private lake front home has to offer.

This home is 4500 sf of spacious accommodations including (2) master suites. Each with their own private full baths located on the main level with a third full bath located just across the hall. Large great room with fireplace and adequate seating for the entire family. Spacious fully stocked, eat in kitchen with all the amenities including a 10" dining table with seating for up to 16. Huge 30 x 16 sun room on the lake side to enjoy the summer evenings. Lake views from most of the rooms on the mail level.

The walk/out lower level consists of three additional bedrooms, family room, game room with pool table and full bath.Lower level Bedroom (1) has King bed, Bedroom (2) has 2 bunk beds w/2 fulls on bottom and 2 twins on top plus a roll away twin and bedroom (3) has two full beds. Outside of the lower level you will find a large covered patio for entertainment.

The property sits on 10 private acres surrounded by water on three sides. The most gentle walk down to the water (about 150 ft.) to your own sandy shore, beach and cove. The marina is located directly across the lake for your convenience. We even offer a commercial ice maker so you can bag you own ice and take it with you for your day on the lake. Your access to the lake by Truck allows for loading and unloading of boats and jet ski's.

Lovely Home on Table Rock Lake

We had 14 people, and had a great, comfortable vacation. The house exceeded all needs and expectations. We would definitely rent it again.

Family Reunion

Perfect spot for our family reunion. The grandsons were constantly in the lake enjoying all the water toys the owner provided. The house was exceptionally stocked and welcoming.

Best vacation place

This was our second time staying here. It’s a beautiful location, private cove, very large house with enough room for everyone to spread out. It is by far the best supplied vacation home we’ve stayed in. Communication with the owners was prompt and easy. Our grandkids say it’s their best vacation place. We’ve already booked for next year!

Amazing property

I’d give this property more than 5 stars if possible. House is in excellent condition-clean and well-stocked. The location can’t be beat. Owners were excellent with communication as well.

Great place by the lake

This is our third year of renting here and we absolutely love this place! There are so many areas to spread out that our extended family of 9 never felt on top of each other. It is by far the best supplied place we have ever rented. If you forgot something, it was probably available for you to use. There are lots of activities for everyone, water activities, games, air hockey, basketball, bikes and so much more. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and from the time you step on the property you feel welcomed!

Family friendly stay directly on Table Rock Lake

Pros: Great location, well-stocked kitchen, activities & games for all ages. Everything we needed was there! Cons: Windy road to get there, long drive to get groceries or rent a boat. Only 1 bathroom in lower level for 3 bedrooms. Large sunroom is too hot to use in July since no A/C.

Perfect for two families!

Great for our two large families. The fishing was excellent and the weather was perfect while enjoying this great house right on the water. The kids played and swam in the water from the time they woke up till it was time to crash for the night. The kitchen was well stocked as was the rest of the house, they had plenty of toys and games for the kids to enjoy while inside recuperating from all the outdoor fun . If you enjoy seclusion on the water with great views this is the place!

Great large family trip

My family and all my siblings and their families stayed for about a week and had a great time. Brought boats and jet skis and enjoyed the water. House was large and clean with plenty of room for our whole crew of 13. We paddle boarded, fished, swam, boated, had fires, played yard games, and all around enjoyed our time at Jamcove. The kids especially enjoyed the water mat and played on it for hours. Thank you Weavers for sharing your lake home with us!

Amazing Stay!!

We just returned from this unbelievable property ,my husband and I, our grown children and families. We have been doing a vacation like this for the past 9 years and this one is at the top of the list! There is nothing this home and property is lacking. Every amenity has been thought of. As a family, we would give it 10 stars if possible! The one thing to note, is, it is roughly 30 minutes to get back to a main road, that was NOT a problem for us, as we just hung out in the home doing puzzles and enjoying the water. Great in every way

Great location - quiet cove and secluded property. We enjoyed all the amenities and there were plenty! The house had room for everyone in our three generation group to spread out, great when you have tweens that need their own space. It is a bit of a drive to a grocery store (about 40 minutes) but they had so many extra supplies in case you forgot something. Bring water shoes - the lake is wonderful but has a gravel bottom. The kids rode bikes, played pool, ping pong, and basketball and enjoyed many water toys - complete with lots of life jackets. Our entire group said it was one of our best family vacations. FYI - we rented a pontoon from Campbell Point marina and jet skis from Lakeview Jet Skis - both great companies to work with. We plan on going back!

Fabulous home!

First of all, the communication we had with the owners was amazing. They really made us feel like they enjoyed sharing their home with others. The house is beautiful and has great views of the lake. The paddleboard and kayak were added bonuses. The lake was low when we visited so it was a little muddy towards the shore, but we were having such a good time we barely noticed. Thank you so much! Overall, it was excellent!

Can't say enough good things!!

I simply can't say enough good things about this house and also the property owner Mark! Even before we arrived, I had several questions and Mark was always quick to answer and went above and beyond in helping us. The house was amazing! It was the perfect size and layout for our large group of 3 generations. It was clean and updated. Very well stocked!! Had everything you could imagine and then some. From the kitchen, to toilet paper to bath towels. Honestly there was not one thing we lacked. There was also alot of kids toys and beach toys. Bikes, a kayak, a paddle boat, a lily pad and more. Definitely the best lake house we've ever stayed at!!!

Water Front Property at its Best

The house is very accommodating for large families. It was very clean and the owners paid attention to every detail, making it a warm and inviting place to enjoy being with family and at the same time enjoy the lake. We would choose this place again when we go back to Table Rock Lake!

Home away from home

Best stocked/equipped VRBO we've stayed in. Felt like a home (and not a bare bones rental). Enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms had plenty of towels, soap, etc.... All the water toys you could possible want and fishing poles/tackle. The house is remote but if you bring plenty of groceries there are few reasons to go to town. Beach is a gentle walk from the house. The kids spent most of the day on the beach swimming, fishing, paddle boat/boarding. Spent one evening around the campfire. We had a great time and plan to come back. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Terrific property!

We had a large family gathering with our children and grandchildren at this Shell Knob lake house. It was perfect and the kitchen was very well stocked to meet our cooking needs. You will want to go to the store before arriving as it is a fairly long trip to get more supplies. The house is beautiful and the lake access is right out the back door! I would highly recommend.

Jam Cove experience.

Mark and Judy Weaver are very hospitable hosts, their desire was that our family would have an awesome experience at their lake house and we DID! The accommodations were second to none and they were eager to share their water toys with us. We’re talking two refrigerators, an ice maker, dishes, silverware, laundry etc were very ample. Family enjoyed the paddle boat, canoe, lily pad, noodles, etc. Thanks for your generosity, truly enjoyed our stay

Hidden Gem on the Lake

Our family had a great time. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of having our own piece of the lake. Everything was as described in the advertisement. It is a long trip to the grocery store so I would recommend going once and then enjoying the rest of your vacation. Also check out the cliffs for jumping.

Amazing!!

The property and house were wonderful! So relaxing and peaceful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need! All you have to bring is your clothes and food! Mark and Judy are very sweet and quickly respond with any questions you may have. If you like quiet and peaceful with amazing views this is your place! Our kids and my nieces enjoyed everything. We loved this property! It was exactly what we were looking for.

The house was just perfect. It was out-of-the-way, with easy lake access, and plenty to do just at the house. After the craziness of this year, it was a wonderful getaway.
