Large in-ground heated swimming pool ($100/day to heat), BBQ & games include corn hole/bags, shuffleboard, spike ball, pool table, board games, poker, and swimming toys.

I want to ensure a streamlined pre-check-in process and I'll always try to make myself available for mid-stay questions/concerns. I've hired an awesome staff of cleaning and maintenance personnel that can arrive on-site at a moment's notice if needed. I offer all guests my personal cell phone and do everything I can to make sure my guests have the best experience possible. I'm also a full-time real estate agent with expertise in finding high-yield investment opportunities within the Scottsdale/ Paradise Valley, and northern Phoenix areas. In addition to hosting, I would love to help you with any other real estate needs you may have.

You don't have to leave the house if you don't want to! If you need to run a quick errand everything you need is less than 5 minutes away or walking distance. We really enjoy the short 1 minute walk to some of our favorite restaurants and bars inside The Thunderbird Shopping Center. Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter are also only a few minutes away and have some of our favorite dining, shopping and people watching spots. We love The Mission at Kierland, try it out if you like Mexican Fusion! There is also Natural Grocers Grocery Store and several fast food options in the plaza nearest the home.
