A lovely 4-bedroom home located one block away from downtown Bemus Point, as well as one block away from Chautauqua Lake. Boat rentals, beaches, fishing, hiking and bike trails, along with many other related activities are located within a two-mile radius of the home. It is the perfect location to bring friends and family, with lots of room for everyone. Can accommodate 8 guests comfortably.

Fun in Bemus

We have stayed here several times and are never disappointed. The front porch and dining table are our favorite places to gather. It’s always so welcoming and inviting.

Bemus Point Point Golf Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay; the home is well described, the location is excellent, and Claire is a wonderful hostess! The home is very clean, has all of the amenities you would expect, and the neighborhood is vibrant - no need to drive around town. With such a positive experience we are looking forward to returning with our group next year.

Fall in New York

We had such a great time on our first visit to this area. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Our hostess Claire was the best we’ve ever experienced in all of years of vacation rentals. She was flexible, kind, helpful and very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the shower. Had we read the check in papers we would have found the answer, but she explained and even offered to come over and show us. The house was big and cozy all in one. The location is perfect for walking to eat, to the lake and most importantly to shop (including The Ugly peacock gift shop). Claire also was great about recommendation of places to eat, shop and have fun.

Wonderful place that my husbands family gathering of 8 stayed....everything was there for preparing meals,relaxing and very comfortable place...so close to the town and enjoyed the porch morning,noon and night....will return

Comfy family home close to shops and restaurants

We had a fabulous time in this comfortable family home. Modern bathrooms with radiant heated floors and lots of different sitting areas. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and sunsets on the lake.

Spacious home with a convenient, central Bemus location. Favorites included radiant heated bathroom floors, window seat, and the dining table that made for a family friendly meal/game gathering spot.
