Very nice custom home located on the side of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ski area. High end finishes throughout and fine hardwood floors. The home has an inviting Great Room, 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, living room, media room, and hot tub! Located at the top of the cul-de-sac providing privacy and Ski-in & Ski/walk out access to Union Pass chair lift.
Great location for skiing, snowmobiling, sightseeing, visiting the Elk Refuge, hiking, biking, river rafting, and family fun!
Also enjoy our wildlife ponds for great views of many wild animals in the area.
1. Property: 5 bedrooms (1 king, 4 queen, 2 single air mattresses, and 1 queen air mattress with pumps), 5 full bathrooms, ½ bath located off kitchen, and ½ bath located off media room.
2. Rental Rules & Lease: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules and Lease contained in this document at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property. Homeowner reserves the right to ask the Renters to leave at any time if the rules are not followed. Security cameras are in use outside. Caretaker next next door.
3. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. Notification will be given to guest before entry, if any, except for emergency. Security cameras are located outside of the home to insure our guests safety as well as the security of our home. Caretaker lives next door.
Rental Rules & Lease - The following must be read, understood, and approved:
1. NO smoking, e-cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
2. NO shoes are allowed in the house. No ski equipment, boots, or snowboards past the carpeted area in the Atrium. House shoes are recommended, as well as flip flop type shoes for use around the hot tub.
3. NO fires.
4. Pets are not allowed.
5. Do not drag luggage up or down the stairs, as such will cause damage to the wood floors.
6. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
7. The owner is not responsible for any accident, injury, or illness that occurs to those while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests and others whom they invite to use the premises are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises, this includes the hot tub.
8. Guest is responsible to make sure the barbeque grill is not left on and is kept closed when not in use.
9. Keep the property and all furnishings in good condition so the next guests can enjoy the same amenities.
10. The house has off-street parking for up to 3 autos. Parking on the road in Teton Village is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
11. Four-wheel/AWD drive is strongly recommended during the winter months. We do not refund due to road or driveway conditions. The snowplows are scheduled to plow the roadway after 4” or more inches of snow unless it’s snowing hard and the plows can’t keep up. Decks and driveway will be cleared as needed.
12. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included, daily cleaning service is not. I provide you with a start-up supply of soap, paper products, including hand and bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, and an assortment of spices for the kitchen. Depending on the length of your stay & usage, you may need to replenish these by purchasing them at a local store. Any additional items to be provided by Guest. Never flush any Feminine products down the toilets.
13. No refunds will be given for storms or adverse or unexpected weather conditions. No refunds will be given if you arrive later or depart earlier than expected.
14. Absolutely NO swimming or wading in the wildlife ponds or stream.
Hot Tub Rules
1. Shower before each use
2. Come and go from Media room only – dry off on door mats
3. No glass containers allowed
4. Remove all containers/trash
5. Children under 5 should never be in the hot tub
6. Don’t use the hot tub alone
7. No toys allowed
8. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns
9. Limit alcohol consumption during soaking
10. Attach the cover immediately after each use
11. Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult
12. Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid accident or injury
13. Use of the hot tub is at your own risk
Check-out requirements:
1. Clean the kitchen – Please start the last load of dishes in the dishwasher.
2. Turn off all lights, be sure all windows and doors are closed.
3. Place all trash into Bear Proof container outside garage, which is picked up on Thursday morning of each week.
4. If furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. This includes all airbeds.
