Regarding the bathroom tiles, we apologize that this minor repair could not be completed before your arrival. We also apologize for the issues with the primary bedroom screen door and bathroom towel rack. Our team offered to arrange repairs during your stay, but we understand you preferred to have these addressed after your departure. We regret that these issues impacted your comfort in the meantime. Regarding the sewage odor in the primary bathroom, we were unaware of this concern during your stay and would have been happy to investigate and work toward a resolution had we been notified. We apologize for the discomfort this caused.
