This 2 room suite has 1 queen sized bed and rollaway upon request. This suite is in part of a shotgun double home and gives complete privacy for guests. It does not matter if you are here on business or pleasure this location is ideal as it located near restaurants, bars and museums. Only a 5 minute Uber/Lyft ride from the well know French Quarter in downtown New Orleans. We have public transportation in walking distance along with Blue Bikes to take you around the city.

Nice place on a quiet residential street

It was my first time ever doing a VRBO and had never been to Louisiana before. Marlo was very friendly and made the process simple and enjoyable. Nice place by the heart of New Orleans.

Wonderful place to stay! Great host.

Marlo was communicative and extremely accommodating. She went the extra mile and provided water bottles, coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even Sangria! Very kind and welcoming host who respects your privacy but is also always available if you need her. The property was clean and comfortable! The AC unit was a blessing! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the French Quarter. I used Lyft to get around and it was pretty cheap. Lots of culture and food places. Highly recommended anyone staying here give Elizabeth’s a try. Great food and super close! Thanks for the wonderful experience, Marlo!

Great Location

Close to some cool local spots as well as french quarter. Seemed like a relatively safe neighborhood, was pretty quiet for Mardi Gras weekend. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay in NO

Marlo is a great host and lovely person. It was the best experience! We had got everything we expected and received even more attention. Felt like sweet home.:) The communication was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Great location with a couple of famous bars and short Uber ride to the Frenchman or Royal street. Thanks a lot Marlo - we miss you and NOLA already!

Property was in a seemingly safe neighborhood and depending on traffic was a 10-25 min Uber to the French Quarter! The historical setting and building made for a romantic New Orleans weekend.

Nice Spot in Bywater

First time staying in the area was a great experience. Awesome communication and perfect walking distance to local hot spots. Short ride out to Bourbon Street in the $10-$15 range

Lovely suite that has charm and history. Super clean and really in a great location. Just minutes from Bourbon Street, in a safe welcoming neighborhood with stuff like shopping, grocery, walgreens all in between the downtown area and the suite. Wonderful Experience! Great Price!

Bywater Studio

This place was so great overall that my friend and I looked forward to leaving downtown NOLA early in the evening so we could get back "home" and relax! And it was so pleasant in the mornings to sit out on the porch with a cup of coffee. We both loved it and I would definitely stay there again.

Marlo was great. Everything we requested from her she provided. The only thing that could have been better for us was the bed mattress because we both have bad backs. Everything else was great! Great location as well if you are going down to the Quarter. Thanks Marlo!

This proprty is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was clean and spacious perfect for 2 or 3 people. Its only about a 10 min ride from the French quarter. Our Host was there to greet us even though we arrived early. She gave us some great recommendations and made herself easily availavle for any concerns that may have arose..I wouuld defintedly stay therw again it was a great value.
