Relax on your private lanai with beautiful garden views or walk just steps to the ocean and catch a glimpse of our sea turtles swimming or whales breaching during our winter months!

Maui Sands 2F is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Spacious, offering a bright, open floor plan which includes all new carpeting throughout. Customize your cool climate with a brand new split central AC system, with remote controls for each bedroom as well as the living room, plus ceiling fans, and the wonderful tropical breezes. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and updated appliances. Enjoy meals inside with a dining table for 6, plus extra bar seating! Sip morning coffee on the lanai that opens to beautiful garden and pool views.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and smart TV. In the guest bedroom, you will find a Queen-sized bed and a smart TV. For additional guests, the living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been remodeled and offers a large walk-in shower.

Maui Sands Resort is located just north of Kaanapali, perfectly situated between Kaanapali and Kapalua, and is just a short drive to Lahaina. This resort offers 2.7 acres of manicured lush tropical grounds, with guava, banana, mango and lime trees throughout. Resort offers a pool, BBQ area, on site laundry, and ocean observation deck. Please note there is no elevator to access Maui Sands 2F.

Amazing family vacation!

This condo is perfectly situated in the Lahaina area. It's a short walk to a beach where my four kids enjoyed swimming and snorkelling. The condo itself is clean and well stocked. We would highly recommend this beautiful property!

The experience was exceptional from clear communication, little details in the unit, and a lovely welcome gift. The location was perfect with the ocean a few steps away to enjoy. We will definitely return.

Family friendly

We had a lovely time at Maui Sands. The condo accomodated us well, with a nice balcony view, and just minutes from several beaches. The air conditioners were loud so we preferred not to run them at night.. Papi Ohana's cinnamon buns are a must if you stay here.

Great place!! Everything was as expected. Very short walk to the beach and sunsets. You must have a cinnamon roll at Papi's Ohana. Get there early to avoid the lines.

A small slice of paradise

This property was amazing! It is really unassuming from the front, but when you walk in and see the unit you will be surprised at how nice it is. The balcony is great and the courtyard and pool are are so nice. They even have communal gas grills that we used one day to make and eat burgers by the pool. We definitely plan to come back here.

Excellent location, super comfortable condo

Well-stocked condo. Everything you need. Super comfortable and attractive condo. Large seating area and dining room table. Great for families. Location is perfect for wandering to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again! Mahalo to Liz with my perfect stays. She went above and beyond. Would definitely stay in a my perfect stays managed condo again.

Wonderful stay at Maui Sands 2F

Had a great stay in Maui at the Maui Sands 2F. The place had everything we needed and more. A beautifully furnished very clean place, reserved parking spot, a well stocked kitchen, internet, cable TV, well maintained grounds including pool and the unit even had beach chairs and coolers for us to use. The location is great, easy access to the beach and all the local food/restaurants in Kaanapali. Management company is also great and the one time we had to contact them after hours a live person picked up and helped us out. Overall a great experience.

Nice place!

The condo was beautiful and the view nice overlooking the pool with a short distance to the ocean. Everything was very clean and amenities close. Wish it actually had a beach front but we had a wonderful stay. The only thing we were concerned about is the mold my son found in pockets in the wall below the air conditioner units which caused me congestion most of our stay. Otherwise nice place!

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the layout of the unit, the closeness to the pool and provided beach accessories like chairs and toys. We found that the AC units in the bedrooms were loud but we discovered that opening the windows in the living room and bedroom and running the fans were sufficient to keep us cool during the night so we didn’t end up using them very much. Otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks!

Saw roaches in the kitchen

Nice stay, nice two bedrooms, and living room area. My complaint is that we saw a few roaches in the kitchen, and after everything we paid, we still had to take the garbage out or we were going to be charged an extra fee.

Feels like home..

Great place and amazing times. Just a heads up for the tourist. Ensure to ask if there are renovations in the area before booking the dates of your vacation. We booked ours not knowing that they are Renovating the parkade where we parked. It's minor inconvenience but we made it work. The staff from Perfect Stays staff are very informative and helpful with parking information.

The apartment is neat and very well equipped with necessities. Everything was perfect except the bathroom. Bathroom needs upgrade. It has sliding door and it makes noice when open and close. The property is close to everything.lit is couple miles to whalers beach and 4 miles to Lahaina

Very comfortable like a home

A very clean place to stay, It has everything whatever we re looking for. Beach chairs, beach towels, extra towels for shower, extra pillows/blankets. Soaps to wash clothes, dishes and dish washer: extra paper rolls. Seasoning flavors to cook, lot of space in dinning room and living room. Everything's close by Beach, abc stores; shopping. Especially it was nice to go farmer market on Sundays by Moku Roots restaurant. You ll see a pool front of your patio. Nice coin machine area to wash clothes. Etc... you ll love it there

Great place!

We loved the condo! Came with beach chairs, snorkel stuff, beach towels and coolers which all came in so handy! Beds were comfortable! The only bummer which we couldn't seem to get working was the living room ac. I contacted management and they suggested I shut the doors and lock them has there are sensors which will cause the ac to turn off if not closed. We'll we did everything and it turns on fine but never blew cold air. Just made the condo uncomfortable at times. Other than that we would definitely stay again!

Top location

Don't judge a book by its cover. This complex looks older on the outside but delivers bang for the buck with its excellent location and amenities. We loved Bad Ass coffee an easy walk away, as well as having the beach and a prime whale watching spot on the complex's lawns just steps from our condo. Because it is a low-rise, smaller complex, it feels much more private and intimate than many of the other resorts on the coast. Everything you need is in walking distance: fresh takeaway food, a supermarket and even a larger resort's cafe if that's more your style. We really appreciated our well-equipped kitchen facilities. Others have written that the condo can be hot. We had warmish winter weather but found the condo to have good airflow and appreciated the ceiling fans in our room which kept things comfortable. The best review we can give is that if we were to return to Maui, we would happily stay here.

The condo is clean, nicely updated. Good amenities. I would appreciate a better, stronger showerhead. And an easier, quieter bathroom door to open and close. The condo front door has a loud creak noise every time you open it. The all glass wall in the living room and dining room is nice for lighting but not for privacy. Anyone at the complex that is at the pool can see into the condo. Some kind of privacy curtains would be appreciated for that total side of the condo that is all glass. We liked the location. It was a comfortable place to stay. Please let future renters know that laundry services are available at the condo complex but not in the condo itself.

Excellent for us...

This condo is lovely and well appointed with modest but effective grounds. Comparatively to the resort-driven community this place is priced well and has all the basics covered for a self-driven vacation. There was some improvements being made to the landscaping while we were there that limited the amount of outdoor space available, but theses things happen and the pool and "lanai" were lovely if a bit petit. A couple of things to note is that this complex is actually in Ka'anapali (not Lahaina)which is largely resorts and strip malls so guests will be travelling to the beach and other island activities. There is a small public beach nearby(1 block away by road/sidewalk) and groceries etc are close as well. These are just facts not criticisms. The condo itself is truly comfortable. The bedrooms are small to be sure but we did not care and the one little bathroom was fine for the three of us but bear in mind the louvered door is not as private as some may like. One thing incoming guests should know is that there are a lot of cleaning rules posted about concerning sand and towels, etc..basically keep your fun outside and off the linens. Overall this place is fantastic as your own little Maui apartment to use as a launching pad for other adventures.

Christmas at Maui Sands

We had a wonderful Christmas at Maui Sands. The location is great, early walkable to the beach and to amenities. Our kids loved the pool and spent hours in there each day. My Perfect stays was truly excellent at communicating with us and helping with any of our needs. The one improvement that we would suggest is the windows and air conditioning in the unit really need replacing. The AC is very loud, so I couldn't sleep with it on, then of course it was too hot. The windows are like paper, so any outside noise comes straight in. Aside from that, the unit is well appointed with everything you will need to cook for yourself. Also a good selection of beach items to use. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will be back.
