Well located property

Getting into the unit was easy but no one available to provide parking pass after 5 pm. The view was as advertised but a little disappointed that there was no beach at the property. However, plenty of great beaches within an easy drive and one you could walk to in about ten minutes. Host had no one checking in after our stay so was very accommodating with a late checkout so that we could enjoy Maui for a little while longer.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing stay! It’s the perfect location. There are shops near by and a cute fruit market. The pool and bbq area are fantastic! You can hear the waves in the living room in the evening. You can fall asleep to the rolling waves if you sleep in the living room.

Amazing location for whale watching!

For a family of four (two kids), this was perfect place. Location is awesome as we got to see many whales during our stay in March. Amazing sunset views in the evening. You can see Molokai island. Kids were able to enjoy there time in water. Unit does not have AC, but there are ceiling fans and extra fans available. Overall had great experience.

Convenient

Able to park the huge truck the rental company gave us due to no others available! Nice place and location. Would be nice to have a metal front screen door for the wind, and for the stairs to the beach to be fixed. But we loved it, thank you!

Cozy little Condo

We enjoyed the condo. It had just about every amenity we could ask for. The view from the lanai was outstanding. Noise was minimal. Please replace key box as it is rusted and difficult to replace. Overall a great little place to stay.

Retirement Trip

Clean, cozy condo with a wonderful view from the lanai. Perfect for having coffee and listening to the waves and watching the whales. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise on Maui

Hearing the waves all night long was heavenly! Perfect one bedroom place on the beach! Coffee on the patio was beautiful with the birds singing. The shaded patio was a bonus. Such a great location on the island! We watched whales spout from the front yard on beach! The views of Molokai were gorgeous! We moved to the Westin and did not have as good of views or the sound of the waves. Fantastic stay!

Paki Maui

We had a lovely time. If you require brand new, may not be for you. Unit was cute, nicely maintained, clean (most important) and comfortable. Could tell there has probably been periodic updates. Great feeling of private ocean view from lanai. Bedroom has shuttered window by outer hall walkway, so could get noise of people walking or talking as going by, but all rooms are of same design. That being said, we found it fairly quiet during our time. We did close at bedtime and were comfortable with the ceiling fan going. Lovely little sheltered beach to play and snorkel though had to work way down rocks over wall to get to. We could walk across street to pick up food which was great. This is definitely a place we would return to. Thank you!!

Perfect Unit!

THIS condo is in the perfect location!! At Paki Maui, where it's immensely lush is Christine’s wonderful, private, quiet condo with easy access to waterfront AND activities. The property is beautiful and well maintained with a waterfall, tropical gardens to walk through and a koi pond. Unlike most other condos, the lanai IS super private! It’s been updated since I was there last year and has charming new flooring and a remodeled, gorgeous walk-in shower. She provides Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles and an umbrella so that you don’t have to rent/buy them. Christine is so easy to work with and the wi-fi is top-notch so you can take and post videos and/or tiktoks or facetime family and friends all while your toes are in the sand!!! I’ve been vacationing on Maui (mostly at Paki Maui) for over a decade and if your party is 2 to 3 people – THIS is the condo for you!!

Great Stay

This was a great place ro stay. We enjoyed the view with the sunsets and rainbows. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and playing which was really helpful. It is minutes from great beaches and LaHaina shopping areas.

Great place, great management

The place was perfect, just as the pictures show. We landed in Maui hours before we planned to, and Christine was able to accommodate us with no issue. Would definitely stay again.

Great little condo perfect for the on-the-goers

My boyfriend, best friend and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Christine was a great host with friendly communication and accommodated an early check in. As some of the reviews note, it is on the smaller side but who really hangs out inside a condo when they are in Hawaii anyway! The rental came equipped with beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler) which was awesome to have on hand and made our beach experience 10x better. It should be noted that there is not AC but there are plenty on fans to utilize. The location was great and felt very safe. Personally, I didn't want to stay right in the middle of the downtown area but this was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown Lahaina. There was plenty to choose from within walking distance including a beach park right next to the rental property, coffee shops, Farmers Market (get the smoothie bowl- amazing!), convenience stores, food options, spa, grocery store, etc. There were quite a few beaches within a 5 minute drive of the rental too.

Nice condo on the beach

Nice little condo on the beach. Beautiful views. The room was nice but could use some upgrades. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and Christine was great to work with.

Would stay here again

Great spot for a family stay. Kids can play in the shallow water right in front of the building (when tide is low), there’s a playground & park next door, etc. Be sure to try the fish market and the arepa place across the street! Communication was seamless and Christine was always super helpful. The one downside is that bedrooms in this building tend to have a door-sized window facing the hallway. While it can help with air circulation, be prepared with a white noise playlist (or just loop a single track!) otherwise you’ll be woken up multiple times in the evening/morning.

Beautiful!

My husband and I loved our stay here. Beautiful views from the balcony and the property has a nice lawn with chairs to relax. Loved that we were able to access the ocean and float! It was a great cozy place to use as a home base after a day full in the sun! We only wished there were more pots/pans to use in the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Will definitely book here again for our next vacations!

A lovely spot

This little condo sits at the end of the hall on a curve. The lanai is surrounded on one side by trees and plants which block the view to the adjacent condo building, the other end has a lovely view of the ocean. There's no ait conditioning, but nice breezes and fans keep the place cool for sleeping. I was concerned it might be noisy from the hallway with people coming and going, but each night the place quited down. My one negative was the couch. It's not very comfortable and could use an update. But I didn't spend much time sitting inside, there's so much to do on Maui. People gathered on the lawn and beach every evening to say goodnight to the sun. The stars were incredible at night and before dawn. If you go out after dark, watch out for the snails and toads. During the day, you can see lots of geckos and anoles. February is great for watching the whales. As close as they seem from shore, I highly recommend going out on a whale watch or snorkel trip. The laundry room requires you to have quarters which you can get at the ABC store or the Times grocery story, or to put an app on your phone. The app has some negative reviews so I opted for quarters. The washers and dryers were clean and easy to access. Across the street is a place called The Fish Market, you can buy a meal or fresh fish to cook for yourself. Also just down the road is a food truck location. Fresh fish from Hooked was very good. Paniolo's BBQ pork was tasty, but a bit salty for my taste buds. This is the kind of place you can hang out and swim, play in the sand, or read, or use as a base camp after full day adventures. It was perfect for me.

We had a great time!

I love the Paki Maui condos for their laid back vibe, proximity to great beaches, and the awesome fish market across the street. This unit had everything we needed. We enjoyed whale watching from the lanai, visiting local beaches for swimming and snorkeling, enjoying sunset dinners on the lanai or out on the communal lawn, soaking in the hot tub, and so much more!
