Nestled in a quiet Key Largo oceanfront community, 15 minutes from John Pennekamp State Park where you have access to all types of water activities or go right next door and swim with the dolphins at Dolphin's Plus. This family friendly private gated community has 3 pools, a private beach for snorkeling and a salt water lagoon. There is also a Pirate Themed playground for small children. Key Largo has everything from fishing, jet skiing, water skiing, kayaking and anything you can think of to do on the water! You will also be minutes away from great dining that will give you the full flavor of the Florida Keys!

Not what is pictured!

When I arrived with my daughter it was dirty rundown and no beach access! And when I spoke to the Host ( Manny) he said he would return my money since we would not stay there but He didn’t! He ignored my text and calls! Beware!!!!

Good location, helpful host!

Well kept apartment with balcony. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils etc. laundry room was handy for swim trunks, towels etc. Big screen TV was nice in evening for catching up on Netflix. Inside a nice gated community.

Loved everything about this stay! Great place with several extras that came in very handy. Clean and as described. Host showed us into the property and showed us around on arrival. Kawama is incredible with the lagoon and point with grills! Absolutely recommend!!

Perfect for our stay

This property has everything you need if you want to spend some time cooking at home or go out and visit the attractions around Key Largo. If we came back to Key Largo, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a laid back , sunny spring stay . We loved being able to walk to ocean , lagoon and tennis courts . There is a great seafood market we walked to each day for lunch . We hope to return soon !

This was the best stay! From the nice greeting when we arrived, to the wagon to bring in our belongings, the fully stocked house, grills easy to use, pool right by the room, sunset point, and tons of room, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house literally had everything you could need!

Perfect getaway

Manny’s property is exactly as described and has everything you could want for a stay. Stayed here for three nights with a childhood friend and loved the comfy beds and the sunset views from the nearby jetty. Convenient walking to restaurants and dolphin center. Great living room recliners! Huge kitchen with all utensils and supplies. Even hats, sunglasses and aloe. Manny met us and gave us the lay of the land…so helpful. Lagoon with parrot fish! Thank you Manny!

Girls Weekend

Our group (4 friends from college) got together for a girls weekend in Key Largo. We visited the Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Our stay at this property was perfect. It was tucked away from the main road so we didn’t hear traffic but it was close to all the grocery stores and restaurants. We loved walking out to the point for the sunrise and spent a morning sitting in the chairs along the ocean just talking and catching up. It was a little too chilly during our stay to check out the lagoon but we definitely would have had it been warmer. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy and we all slept well! We would definitely recommend staying here! Manny even met us upon arrival to give us a tour of the facilities.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY!

The location is amazing. The grounds of the community are beautiful. The condo was stocked with everything I needed for the kitchen, bathroom, beach, pool, etc. The unit itself was spacious, the couches and beds were very comfortable. The owner was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again.

The condo was very nice. The only complaint would be the bedding sheet was very heavy so to be covered was very hot and without it was cold.

Our family from various places rented 4 different condos or units at Kawama for a reunion and family wedding. Wedding was in Homestead and the travel was easy. Our rental could not have been better, loved Key Largo.

Perfect place!

Had the best time here. The property manager, Manny, has everything you could want in this condo! The area is superb, nice and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was simple and communication was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better. We will return for sure!

Great location

Nice pool but no hot tub. Nice jetty to the south with great views. Lots of picnic tables and BBQ stands. Unfortunately the beach sand is washed away and the beach is covered with seaweed and bits of trash

This rental has it all!

Manny and his wife have thought of every convenience for this property. He met us in the parking lot and gave us a quick tour and answered our questions. Everything was spotless and very comfortable. Manny recommended several great restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and the shore area as well as nearby John Pennecamp State Park. Kawama has a nice community atmosphere.

Highly recommend

We had an excellent stay at Kawama. Manny went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He even took the time to give us a tour of the community when we checked in. The condo was perfectly outfitted, and the kitchen had everything you would possibly need for a long stay. The beach area had beautiful views, and there was plenty of available seating. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Key Largo. We will definitely be back!

winter getaway

We loved our time at Kawama Tower! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the condo, walking to the jetty to watch the sunset, and spending time by the water. Manny was awesome - met us to show us around and was so helpful with our questions. We highly recommend this vacation rental and hope to go back to Key Largo again soon.
