Michael and Dawn have been married for over 35 years and enjoy spending time together and especially the beach! The VanLee 306 is part of their retirement plan and they loved getting it ready for rentals in the meantime. They love spending time with their son and daughter and their families and three grandchildren.

Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.
