Great view, clean and well appointed , had a great kitchen with all the amenities. Loved having beach chairs and great towels. Balcony was fantastic for sun rises!

We had a great stay during our week at Ormond. The condo was beautiful and nice to be in on the few rainy days we had. Kelly was a great host and quick to respond for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful, clean unit and Shelly was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions as needed. We had a great time and will make a point to rent from Shelly next visit!

Beautiful place and well stocked with anything you needed for food prep - enjoyed morning coffee watching sunrise on balcony overhead the Atlantic - would definitely recommend and return in the future - host was very responsive and helpful with local info -

Beautiful property. Host is very quick to respond to questions. Everything needed is already there including some beach chairs, sunscreen, and beach toys. The inside is fully furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. We highly recommend!!!!

A beautiful property with amazing views! Shelly was wonderful in getting back to me quickly when questions arose. The unit is conveniently located near grocery shopping and great restaurants. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in beautiful Ormond Beach!

We cannot be any happier with our stay in the penthouse. It had the most beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Looking out from our living room or deck made us feel like we’re on top of the ocean. We spent a lot of time lying on the sand and wading in the water. The penthouse was large and perfect for us. Nice furnishings, great kitchen, with everything you need. There is a chair with ottoman in the living room close to the deck door. We turned it around and had another great view. Also the balcony. There are tall chairs that look right out. Not short so you can only look through railings. The beach wasn’t crowded. We saw many birds. Some walked right up to you. We also saw dolphins surface. It was just the perfect beach vacation that we hoped for. Thank you Shelly for taking such good care of everything.

Nice condo in with the perfect ocean view. Loved the amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, washer and dryer. Host even had beach chairs, umbrella and things to do down to the beach. Great for a smaller family to enjoy.
