Wonderful Updated Remodel! Walkout Basement High in Bountiful Mountains!

This is a FANTASTIC and beautiful apartment you will love!

We would LOVE to have you at this space FULL of fun! Includes basketball, foosball, ping pong, pool table, and a big screen tv with a comfy sectional couch! This is a beautiful and treasured walk-out basement of our home we currently live in, and ask that you take very good care of it, including removing shoes upon entry. This beautiful apartment has low rent pricing because there IS some occasional noise until 10:30 pm with a family upstairs. Piano practicing and drum practice occasionally happens during the day as well, but we will work around those practice times when you are gone. So... if you are looking for SILENCE, this isn't for you.

We do not allow smoking or vaping of any kind in or on the premises, and no animals. That includes on the street near your car, behind the apartment, or anywhere near the house. We are in a very high risk fire area, and have allergies. If we learn of this happening, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

This is a two bedroom/one bath apartment.... approximately 2000 spacious square feet.
There is two good-size bedrooms.... one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed. There is a large leather sectional couch that can accommodate a few children, or one adult.

This is a kitchenette with a microwave. dishwasher, coffee maker and a small fridge.

There is streaming of Amazon, Netflix and Hulu available.

There is not a grill available.

Also, there is a closet with toys for young children, many DVDs and DVD player, books and games.

There’s a 4-person table, and a large bar with more seating.

We will allow 2 more to sleep on the coach, if interested.

There is a chicken coop in the backyard behind the apartment. The chickens are only hens, but do make some noise.
