Maria, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that our communication and cleanliness did not meet your expectations. I am not seeing that you discussed any of these issues during your stay. If you did we would have been able to happily provide what you needed. As far as checking in the city does require that the host and the guest meet face to face otherwise we will both receive a fine from the city. We are committed to providing a high level of service and we will work with the property management company on this matter so it does not happen again in the future. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with our property. We are sorry to hear the spa was not working during your stay. We do list in our contract that it is not a guaranteed amenity since previous guest can seriously damage prior to your arrival. We then have to wait for parts from our third party spa vendors. We apologize for this inconvenience during your stay. As of now, the spa is fixed and functioning. We apologize for the mouse in your room as well, we have traps set up all over the property and this is usually a rare occurrence. We do our best to keep all mountain critters out. As of now, there are no mice on the property. We are glad that you enjoyed our location and hope that you will come back again soon!

Hello Dean, We are glad that Bear Loop Castle was a great spot for you reunion. This property is a big property, but can only hold up to 16 guest.
