NEWLY REMODELED! GrandView #301 is a beautifully appointed, third floor waterfront condo. Savor a cup of morning coffee or an evening beverage from your private balcony while you take in the spectacular "up lake" views of the pristine water, surrounding mountains and evening sunsets.

Enjoy two queen beds, a full bath, and kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the spacious living area.
 
The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, we spent hours there every day. The location couldn’t have been better, with an easy walk to downtown Chelan for restaurants, shops, and ice cream. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Curtains were disgusting and smelly. Also curtain rod falls down when opening and closing

BEAUTIFUL!

We were not disappointed! The unit is well decorated, clean, and comfortable. The shopping & restaurants were only a short walk. But the best was the view of the lake, whichwas beautiful! We hated to leave.

What a view

The best part of our stay was our great view Of the lake. What a treat. Another highlight was learning that one of the grounds crew found my debit card on the grounds and turned it in to the desk staff who called me. I SO appreciate their honesty and concern. The locations is also great… near downtown and river walk

2/10 Terrible

DO NOT STAY IN CONDO #301!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 2 friends and I were making our way around the Cascade Loop and I had rented a condo for 3 nights - 9/4-6. We got there early so decided to see if we could check in. We were told that Windemere had just taken over that day and that Campbells Resort had been managing Grandview. The front desk girls were very helpful and did their best to get us on our way. OMG!!! Were we in for a surprise - the condo was filthy! The entry way carpet was dirty, the 2 arm chairs that were brown suede had large dark stains on them and the arms of the chair were alomost black and when you sat down, you felt you were sitting on the floor. The little tables by the bed had large scrapes on them and the beds - well the beds could be a personal opinion. Then someone had cut a piece of carpet out between the door to the bathroom and the vanities and had put nothing there to replace it, so the concrete was showing through. The refrigerator didn't fit so it had been jammed in and you had to jerk on the door to get it open and almost had to kick it to shut it (which we didn't by the way). The coffee pot had no auto shutoff and the coffee pot was on all day which could have caused a fire. There were no pictures in the room. There were 3 sets of towels for 3 people for 3 days with no maid service so we had to ask for towels which was no biggy. I complained to the front desk and spoke to the new manager Naomi who seemed to take note of my complaints. She was going to contact the property owner and see if some financial compensation could be made. That was on 9/7. When we left on 9/8, I asked at the front desk to please have Naomi call me. The front desk person said Naomi would be in about 9 and I have never heard anything to this day! Why was this resort even open????? They needed to get their act together. They didn't even have the new room key cards. I will never stay here again and am going to call Corporate as well.

Thanks for the feedback! You stayed with us the same day we took over management of the complex from the previous management company and have since made some changes and improvements to our policies. We are working diligently with each condo owner to address any issues that arise with the condition of the condo and very much appreciate the criticism. We are working with this condo owner to address the issues you mentioned and hope to have it up to speed in the near future!
