There has never been a better place to “Escape to the Lake” than at Park Pointe A302. This beautifully updated, sunny condo features vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors and granite counters throughout. The third floor condo maximizes your views to the park, lake and surrounding area from the living area and your private balcony, complete with outdoor seating and a gas grill. Escape to the Lake at Park Point sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably with a King bed, Queen bed, and a high quality single roll-away that can be moved easily. Guests at the Park Pointe condominiums will enjoy the outdoor pool with sunny exposure, the hot tub, and the clubhouse. (Pool is seasonal, opening May15th-September, weather dependent.) In addition you will also enjoy one of the most central vacation spots in the Lake Chelan valley. Try your luck at the 18-hole putting greens just a block away, stroll to the lake and park in just minutes, dine at the many restaurants downtown, or spend the day wine tasting at one of the multiple wineries nearby . Bringing a boat? The Chelan Marina and a public boat launch are within walking distance from your unit. Free Wi-Fi

Easy walking distance to the lake and downtown, nice pool at the condo, and the condo was very comfortable and exactly as pictured.

Nice accommodations and great location

My family and I stayed for three nights last week. Great and clean accommodations and in a nice location right in town. Would highly recommend and would rebook next time we plan on staying in Lake Chelan.

Beautiful property in a great location!

We loved our stay and will book again. The property is beautiful and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved being close to everything in town. Highly recommend!

Great location!

Great place to stay with a family! Location was perfect; walkable to town and amenities. The pool and hot tub were great for our little one. The space was clean and had everything you could need.

Nice weekend getaway

The unit was located a few minute walk from the public lakefront park and a few minutes from town. Nice view, updated, clean, and close to the pool. Made for a nice weekend stay.

Amazing experience

Highly recommend this place, it was exactly what we expected and being able to watch the fireworks from the balcony was a great experience. The beds are super comfortable and the space was exactly what we needed for our family.

Great place close to town

Very clean, and great views from the top floor. Pool is just steps away and the town is walking distance. Not EV charging friendly but the town has a few level two free chargers.

Clean and quiet!

This property was so clean! It was well stocked with cooking utensils and everything seemed new. It was very quiet. The location was great, with an awesome coffee shop and fresh pastries next door.

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place and the CLEANEST I have ever stayed at;) Not sure why there were no coffee filters but perhaps they don't like waste and just use the basket? We would stay again anytime:)

Memorial Day weekend

We had an enjoyable weekend other than the chaos that went on next door. But as far as the condo it’s self it was perfect. The pool was great. Everyone was pretty friendly also.

Comfortable and clean

Great, clean property. Beautiful mountain view and plenty of space to spread out. Would have loved to be able to get either an early check in or late checkout, but management did not respond to initial booking inquiry when we asked about this and when we called about checkout all we got was an answering service. Overall, a great place for a weekend in wine country.

Great Chelan Vacation Rental!

The unit we stayed in features high-end appliances and furniture. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The instructions for check-in/check-out were very clear. Only two issues: although there were ample bathroom towels, we were hoping for beach towels for the pool/lake (this is common for other properties in the area). Also, sitting in the balcony is quite noisy due to the traffic on the Manson Hwy below.

Great location in Chelan off the main road heading from downtown and toward Manson. Very clean with laundry detergent, fire logs, and the basic kitchen amenities. Had a great fridge and stove set up. We found a puzzle to put together, but glad we brought our own games to play on Christmas day. Great water pressure, but be quick in the shower, as hot water ran out fairly fast. Hooks by the door were great for our jackets and we found the entry/lock easy to handle. My only real issue was I booked looking for hot tub access but it was closed for the season; did not see any notice taking that option out. However, we really enjoyed the condo. Super nice.

Great property in great location

This is a great condo. Meticulously clean and well-appointed with bath towels, bedding, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels, laundry soap (limited), and a set of bath soap and shampoo for each bathroom. Kitchen very well appointed with cookware and cooking utensils and everything needed to eat. Cable TV, smart TV for connecting devices and streaming services, free WiFi, and air conditioning. The furniture is very comfortable for a rental. Contactless checkin and checkout with key lockbox at the door. We absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. From the condo you can walk to Don Morse park, activities, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. We had a very good stay. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Great location. Easy walk to town, restaurants, trails, and other attractions. The unit was clean, well furnished with new, comfortable furniture, spacious dining and living space, deck, bbq, and glorious views of the surrounding area. Walked across the street to the (Huge) County park and went swimming in the lake and walked on shaded trails. This place has a lot to offer!

Condo rental for Christmas

I rented a condo in August for the Christmas Break. The week before Christmas I was notified by the owner he sold the property and I would be contacted by the new owner. Two days before Christmas that had not happened so I rented a second condo in a different building. The location was not what we wanted but it worked. The second evening as we are making dinner we realized we had no water. After waiting a half an hour, we contacted the rental office who were surprised to hear there was no water and asked us to move to a third unit. The next day while talking to the maintenance person I learned he shut the water off due to a leak but did not notify any of the tenants OR the Fire Department that water service had need shut off to the building. I will be concerned of the dependability of VRBO rentals in the future.

Hello, I'm sorry for your experience with this. Unfortunately there was an emergency in another unit and Park Point maintenance had to shut the water off. We did move you to another unit that did have water as quickly as we could. Sorry again for this inconvenience, this is a rare occasion that is not common.
