Located in the very desirable gated La Valencia Beach Resort, guests will enjoy the privacy of a home, tennis courts, and a gorgeous GULF FRONT pool with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS.

Each of the 3 Bedrooms has it's own private bathroom AND a patio/balcony - perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or to wind down in the evening. Master Bedroom also includes a coffee bar!

Just a few miles from Rosemary Beach, 30A, Camp Helen State Park and Pier Park, you get the best of all worlds, yet a quiet and peaceful beach.

This home was perfect for our family of 6 and had everything we needed! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, beds were super comfy, extras such as beach wagon and games came in very handy. Home was super clean. Quiet neighborhood and very quick walk to the beach. Love the area, as the beach is not overly crowded (no high rises) We would definitely stay here again!

I knew before we ever arrived, we had a great host! She replied to the couple of questions we had before arrival very quickly! Upon arrival check in was very clear to us and made arriving super easy! The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook which was so nice! (Pans, spices, cups, plates, coffee pots!) There was stuff to take to the beach which the kids loved! I really appreciated having fans to sleep with at night in every room for sound as well! This place was just a quick hop to the beach, and I would highly recommend this home to everyone!! Thanks for sharing your home with us:)

Great home, quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach. Home is well equipped with everything you could ever need. From kitchen to beach toys and wagon it has it all! Even has box fans for the bedrooms!

A wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found! It had just the right amount of room for our family of 6. The beach and pool were an easy walk away and we took advantage of both every day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent property!

This property was perfect for our spring break getaway! Located in an adorable gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and pool, this house had everything we needed for the week. From beach supplies to multiple coffee options, it made our week fantastic. Owner was amazing to work with!

Excellent experience!

We have visited this area for years and this is the best property we have ever rented. Clean, fully stocked, beautiful neighborhood and amenities, and so close to the beach. Communication with the hosts was spectacular. Will definitely rent again!

This property is close to the private beach entrance. It had very nice rooms with individual bathrooms. Responsive owners. Very clean rental. Paradise found will not disappoint!

What a Awesome trip we had! Paradise Found is just beautiful, super clean, well equipped, just a great week. We love this location, beach is not crowded at all on this end and super convenient to most everything . Would definitely like to come to Paradise again!!!

Wonderful!

This property was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room in a beautiful gated community for us to relax and explore the area. The pool and beach access was so nice and the communication of the owner was top notch! She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Spring Break Trip

We had an amazing stay at Paradise Found. The place was very nice, clean and perfect for 2 families. Our kids loved the bunk bed room and all the beach toys and games provided. The beach and pool is a very short walk across the street. The pool was freezing, but probably expected in March. It’s located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood on a quiet stretch of 30A. We had a wonderful stay!

Exceptional beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated. It had about any necessity we needed, especially a fully stocked kitchen! There were plenty of beach items available for our use. The beach was just a short walk and there were bathrooms and two pools, which made it very pleasant. We would highly recommend this place.
