Gulf Views from two floors! Beautiful vacation home located in La Valencia Beach Resort conveniently located on the West end of Panama City Beach. Gated community with Tennis court, Private, Gated Beach Front Pool and Beach Access Ramp. ''SUGAR BEACH'' is located directly across the street from the beach. This 3 story home has a luxurious coastal feel featuring 10 ft. ceilings, ceramic tile and Brazilian hardwood floors, TWO King Master suites with private balconies, and two additional bedrooms with private balconies. Bedroom three on the second floor features a Queen bed. The third floor has a Queen sleeper sofa and a private balcony. The second floor also features two over sized built in BUNKS! Home comfortably sleeps 10 (both living room sofa and third floor comfy sofas are queen sleepers).

Returned to this property after trying another property last year. Why did we ever go anywhere else? This property was very good and with the updates they have made in just 2 years, it is excellent. Great neighborhood and the pool location and beach can't be beat! The host was very communicative during the final stages of booking as well as the check in and check out. Looking forward to next year here.

Great Family Get Away

Location was awesome - Beach and pool within short walking distance and no crowds. House was comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. Looking forward to a return trip.

Good location! Nice gated community!

The house is nice with plenty of beds. We like this area, and don't mind crossing the road to go to the beach. Checking in and out is easy.

So Relaxing!

The house is beautiful! There were plenty of rooms for everyone to have some private space. The location to beach and pool is ideal. The kitchen had everything! We had such a wonderful time here and this home provided all that we needed. This was one of the best VRBO's that we have stayed in so far in PCB!

The location, gated La Valencia neighborhood, proximity to the pool and the beach all exceeded our expectations. Steve, the host, was great with communication. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It was calm and our stay felt more like we were on 30A rather than PCB. We were in town for a softball tournament and looking for an alternative to staying in a crowded high rise condo. This house was perfect. Beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for everyone. Downstairs is living room, kitchen, king size bedroom/ bathroom, porch, outdoor eating area with a gas grill. Living room also has a pullout couch but we didn’t use it. Second floor has a queen bedroom & bathroom, roomy bunk beds in the hallway, laundry, and the main master bedroom with a king bed and large bathroom. Third floor has another bedroom with a nice view! We especially loved having balconies outside every bedroom with outdoor seating. Driveway was big enough for parking two trucks. Looking forward to staying here again in the future with family. 10/10.

Another week in paradise!!

My family always looks forward to our week long vacation at Sugar Beach in LaValencia, Panama City Beach. The accommodations are wonderful, the location is perfect, the owners are super nice and easy to deal with, and we feel safe there in the gated community. Already talking about returning next year!!

Great property right on the gulf

We had 4 adults and two kids and all had a great time. If you are older and struggle getting in and out of a tub, then use the king sized bedroom on the second floor

Summer Vacation 2023

Our family really enjoys staying here. The ease of getting to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the beach. Having a pool beach side is a big plus! The owners are always helpful if needed, which isn’t often. This is our third year staying here and we are looking forward to staying here again.

Great spot right across from the beach

Beautiful house in a gated neighborhood right across the street from the beach and beachfront pool. Great spot for our family of five. Plenty of space and well maintained property. The only downside was the noise from the main road and nearby construction woke us up a couple days. But that’s to be expected this close to the beach.

Unforgettable vacation!

Beautiful 3 level house, very clean and well equipped with everything what we need! The beach and pool are very close, just a cross the street. Perfect place for my big family! Steve was very kind and helpful to us! Can’t wait to come back to this place again! Thank you, Steve!

Another week in PARADISE

This was our fifth year to vacation in this beautiful LaValencia beach home! We love everything about it. My grandkids always give it ‘five’ stars!! We are already looking forward to returning next year! Thank you Steve!

Great Property - Great Host = Perfect Vaction

Can't sing enough praise about the host and property. Property was clean, and 100% as described. My Brother and I along with our Small Children stayed in the house and slept very comfortably. Short walk across the street to the Beach - House located on front beach road. Fantastic home. Would definitely try to stay here again

Spring break family fun

We had a wonderful vacation! We were there for spring break with our kids. Condo was beautifully decorated. We loved being able to grill out and cook at the condo. Beds were super comfy. We were a stone throw from the beach/pool. Short driving distance to shops and restaurants. Hosts/owners were great at communicating. We would highly recommend! Thanks for helping our family make more memories.

ALWAYS a great time

After missing last year, we were able to get this unit again. Steve is a great host/owner - very responsive. The property is in great shape, the beach is terrific and this neighborhood cant be beat with their dedicated pool are with restrooms and shade on the beach side of 30-A even though most of the units are across from the beach!

Excellent property exactly as shown

The home was perfect. Excellent amenities Very comfortable home. We would stay again and again for every trip. Kitchen was well equipped. The property was an easy stroll across the street 30A from the Gulf. Perfect location. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. It was a great experience

Great Stay

We had excellent communication with the owner and loved our stay! The pictures are accurate and there was plenty of space. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have their own balcony but there is some traffic noise from the road.The sofa bed upstairs was used without any complaints. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook and included spices, coffee filters, Dawn, a sponge, a roll of paper towels as well as hand soap in the kitchen and all bathrooms. A upgraded Samsung Washer & Dryer were a nice surprise and easily handled six beach towels. Publix is close by as well as a nice liquoir store. The walk to the beach access is literally around the corner through the gate and across the street through the pool which overlooks the beach. We had outstanding beach service from Chairs2U. They were very fast to respond and checked in to make sure we found our umbrella and with beach updates. This is as close as you can get without being beachside.
