Wailea Rentals presents a custom furnished Wailea quality executive vacation home in a quiet complex across the street from Kamaole III beach in South Kihei/North Wailea, Maui. A cozy 1 Bedroom+ 2 Full Bath vacation home with contemporary appliances, new kitchen countertops, new paint, and numerous luxury touches throughout and a new king bed as of November 2024. The ocean views and sunsets from both the lanai and living room of this vacation home are to be treasured. Plus, there is also a private courtyard adjacent to the bedroom. Maui Kamaole is a very popular and fun vacation-home community of low-rise condominiums set in a village atmosphere with great curb appeal and close to all the South Maui attractions. The resort has 2 pools, tennis courts, and a staffed front desk. World Famous Keawakapu Beach is a .35 mi walk away! The rest of Wailea's exotic beaches and hotels+spas+restaurants+shops are a few minutes' drive down South Kihei Road. Known for its superb location just north of Wailea, Maui Kamaole is the perfect place for beach or ocean activities as well as for quiet relaxation and watching marine wildlife with your family and friends. Secluded from South Kihei Road, Maui Kamaole condominium is a hidden gem in a sleeper location away from the hustle and bustle of Kihei and yet close enough to everything so that you can walk if you want to. At Kamaole III beach, the waves are fun without being formidable; locals swim laps each morning; stand-Up boarders paddle across the water; some adventurers snorkel while others watch the Canoe Club practice in the oceangoing canoes. The sunsets are amazing, and each dawn as the sun rises over Haleakala, the sunlight reflects off of the Pacific Ocean in for a great start to each day. Yet, if you must leave the property, you can walk to shops, activities, and restaurants nearby.
As one of Maui's best kept secrets, Maui Kamaole has many returning guests who come annually and often make reservations as far as 2 years in advance. Family-friendly and award-winning restaurants, shopping and miles of ocean front beaches and snorkeling spots are within walking distance. Air Conditioning is included in the living room and the bedroom as is digital cable TV. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas and cooler are provided for guest use. Please keep in mind that there is only one parking space per condominium on property.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location, close to great food, close to beaches, and a great location for visiting any other spots on the island. The hosts were great and so responsive. Our microwave stopped working and they were there the same day to take care of it. Would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location perfect place.

The condo was just what we were looking for. We loved the location and the property. We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai every morning and sunset walks on the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Every thing was great until the rains. Our unit got flooded, but the property manager totally took care of us. I trust the unit will be fixed back up to the excellent quality we arrived to.

View whales and sunsets from the patio.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Furnishings were very up to date, in perfect condition and comfortable. We loved the ground floor access with a spacious grass area and ocean view from the back sliders. Check in was a breeze with clear and simple instructions for using the amenities and check out. We'll be looking to rent this condo our next visit to Kihei!

Awesome

This was our 25th anniversary trip and our first trip to Hawaii. Kihei was perfect for us...quiet, family friendly. The Condo was outstanding - I particularly loved enjoying my morning coffee and evening sunsets on the patio overlooking the sea. Just a short walk to the beach allowed swimming and snorkeling. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Relaxing

Very clean and organized. The unit was fully stocked with all necessary appliances, pots, pans and laundry. View from patio was very relaxing. Short walk to beach. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Would recommend this property.

Home away from home

We had a great experience at the condo- it is well equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs a boggie boards and all the kitchen gadgets you could ask for. The pool area is nice, but we ended up at the beach much more. Perfectly situatetes to explore Kihei area, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Of course- as others have mentioned the view is outstanding. Only slight negative we had was that we could not figure out the tvs/cable well.

Maui No Ka Oi!

Wow! From the moment we stepped into this beautiful condo we knew we found a gem! We had an amazing basket of island goodies awaiting us and a view that can’t be beat! Great Maui Kamaole location

Great views, close to beautiful beaches, close to Wailea shopping and more. A110 was the perfect spot for us to spend some relaxing time on Maui this year. Bob and Sunny are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend checking in with them before your next Maui vacation!

Nice place, but kitchen needs update

Be aware that there is nothing in the kitchen but dishes and pots and pans. We had to buy everything, including salt and pepper. I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kuerig coffee machine, just an old giant drip coffee maker. We’ve stayed at places where they left some coffee and tea, plus some essential spices. Also, the shower in the second bathroom is tiny. Still, the view is lovely, and comfy bed.

Nice place…… Very cordial and helpful manager at the front desk, when she was there. We stayed 19 nights. We went to the front desk with questions. Of those four times, she was only there, when we came once, otherwise there was a “closed” sign hanging at the front desk, although, it was within the posted signage hours. The best service we received was from the property manager’s office. They were very prompt at addressing our needs. Kudos to the technical response for questions on using Spectrum tv service. His response was appreciated. Yay for Daniel😌

Worth the Money

This condo felt like a real home, with everything this cook wanted, including an overhead fan for when the kitchen grew too hot when cooking. The view of the ocean is fantastic and I never grew tired of it in the three weeks I was there. Everything is updated, clean and in working order. The bed is very comfortable and the condo never grew too hot during these summer days with the doors open. One thing to consider is that you will hear the people above you if they're heavy walkers because the ceilings are thin. There was a group upstairs my first weekend and it sounded like they were herding cattle day and night. If your neighbors next door are chatting on the lanai, you'll also hear it.

Six days in Kihei

They were helpful in telling us just exactly where the condo was locked assuring us that it was in a quieter part of Kihei and close to some of the best beaches in town. They were right; we loved the spot and were three minutes from a pretty quiet beach and out of the hustle and bustle of most of Kihei. They even sent over a gift basket on our arrival. Lots of yummy treats to enjoy.The condo was very nice. Large, light, clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. We had no complaints about anything, and so would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to enjoy the beaches in south Maui.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a very good experience. The beds and linen supplies were excellent. Liked not having the stairs! The view is one of the best. It was nice not to be in direct sun. We appreciated the startup supplies and the gift basket. The unit was in good condition, but could use a couple of updates here and there. For 4 adults over part of the time, the dishes ran out quickly. Good kitchen supplies overall, but a sharper knife, and maybe a wire whisk, along with some better wine glasses would make it great. All in all, would consider booking again!
