Complimentary boat slip! Affordable 3 Bed House-Pickleball! Close to Clemson!

Our retreat is nestled about 200 yds from one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the US. It comes with a boat slip in our community dock and includes access to a pickleball, tennis and basketball court. Lake Keowee covers about 18,500 acres and is known for its crystal clear water that is cool even in the summer months. Enjoy fishing, water sports, waterfalls and more all within close range! Our home is in a private, gated community and is only a 25 minute drive to Clemson University. It is under an hour drive to other popular attractions and cities such as Greenville SC, the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, Cashiers, Brevard, and Hendersonville NC. Art and craft festivals are plentiful in the spring and fall.
This home was once a clubhouse so the main floor is filled with natural sunlight yet offers privacy, boasting an open concept design. There are 3 newly finished bedrooms on the lower level as well as a toddler bed and a portable full size roll a way bed.
Gate code, house lockbox and boat slip information will be sent prior to your arrival.

This is a great place. Perfect for a family or friends. It is/was a club house but it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so its good to entertain but also comfortable.

Long weekend

Overall it was a great experience. The AC was not working, thankful for the fans that were dropped off and the 80 degree temps. Home was perfect for our group.

Thanksgiving Staycation

Fall getaway

The house was very clean. The weather was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay! There were only 2 of us but this would be a great place for a large group of 8 or 10.

Spacious main floor on former clubhouse

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room in quiet location. Short walk to community dock where we enjoyed the lake. Kitchen had new stainless appliances and was well stocked.

Great place

Clean, beautiful location, with plenty of elbow room for our party of 6. The parking for our big wakeboard boat, jet ski and 3 cars was excellent. We loved the wrap around porch/deck and all the little extras. We will stay again!

Big, airy house, close to lake and tennis court!

Excellent house - cool A/C, big kitchen, airy living room, great porch, tennis court right down the hill, and has its own slip on Lake Keowee nearby. Donna was super responsive and helpful. 5 stars!

Great for a group

The openness of the living area was great for playing games and hanging out as a family. The overall location was very convenient; about 15 minutes to the lake keeowee boat ramps, lake Jocassee or downtown for dinner. The only hiccup was that we booked primarily because of the boat ramp and boat slip that came with the house in the neighborhood. We weren’t able to use the boat ramp because it was closed down.

Cedar Creek Clubhouse

Easy drive to boat ramp. Quiet location. House worked well for our family of 7 adults. Great size main area for a group. Kitchen well appointed. Super deck. Game selection. Sheets on one bed were worn and whole house could use a good scrubbing/deep cleaning. However, addressed w/manager who was on it immediately and ultra responsive. I bet next guests find it spotless and future as well. We blew a fuse one afternoon while we were all getting ready @ the same time - called the manager and no joke, the gentleman in charge of calls was there in 5 minutes! and ultra nice. We wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Sunset getaway

We traveled to meet another family and this house comfortably fit us all. 1st floor is totally open with a big couch and tv. The kitchen was spacious and two eating tables fit us all as well. The grill on the deck is covered which was great for all the rain we had that we could still barbecue. The dock is a quick 5 minute walk but also has some parking if you need to load/unload from your boat. Very quiet part of the lake at the dock which is easy to swim and fish at too. The lake itself is huge and plenty of areas to get out and have some fun! The tennis court and basketball hoop were a bonus for the kids too. Donna was always quick to respond with questions or suggestions when we asked. The best part of the trip was Donna and her husband Vaughn who helped us when we were stranded after our truck broke down. We had to wait for a tow but Vaughn helped me launch the boat while the truck was being fixed so we could at least salvage that day and not have it go to waste. Thanks again to Donna and Vaughn who were both fantastic to work with!

Quiet cabin in the woods

This house is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of urban life! We were in town for a Clemson football game but did not want to stay near campus so this house was perfect for us. Very remote, beautiful scenery and well kept.

Location, Location, Location

For our family the location was perfect as our daughter doesn't live far and we were celebrating Christmas together. The neighborhood is quiet at least in the winter and very well kept up and safe. The house had everything we needed except I would recommend adding a baking pan for brownies and such. The owners were very nice and added a rollaway, bed sheets and pillows so that an elderly parent could be in the upstairs area where there is a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately there was a really bad cold snap during part of our vacation and we had trouble keeping everyone warm enough especially at night. The downstairs is cinder block walls for the most part and even with a small portable heater in each bedroom and plenty of blankets it still stayed pretty cold downstairs. The owners were very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean spacious house.

Overall enjoyable. Very close to Lake Jocassee (15 min) which was our main goal. Secluded quiet neighborhood. Good set up for larger group but definitely enough for the 4 of us. Would stay again

Comfy House in a beautiful neighborhood!

Donna could not have been a better host! Answered every question we had within minutes! The house was very spacious and would be very suitable for a family! It was a little more space than we needed for 2 people but very comfortable! The water access is 1 minute away and we absolutely loved our stay!

Perfect for families

This home was perfect for our family getaway. It was very spacious! Communication with the host was above my expectations. We had a problem with one of the toilets & someone was there to fix it within minutes. The boat dock on Lake Keowee was just a short walk away. Lake Jocassee, with tons of adventure & waterfalls, is less than 15 minutes away, so you can easily enjoy both lakes. We rented a pontoon, tubed, and even braved “jump off rock”.

Cedar Creek is one of the few subdivisions on the north end of the lake that allow short term rentals. We have the clearest, deepest water, gorgeous mountain views, and are still only a short drive to the North Carolina mountains, Clemson, and Seneca. You truly feel a world away, but civilization is close by!

We offer pet-friendly spacious accommodations. The property is unique in that it used to be a clubhouse, so it's spacious with plenty of room for your entire family. Enjoy time together and don't run out of space! We have a new pickleball court just steps from the home, and the complimentary boat slip is a few minutes away. Having a complimentary slip available for you is rarely seen anywhere on the lake!
