Come enjoy the Tropical Vibes of this spacious single family home. - where you will find cool spots at every turn.

Pink flamingos first greet you upon your arrival, open the front gate to see the blue Adirondack chairs - a cool spot to soak in the morning sun and drink your coffee while being mesmerized by the soothing fountain. Next head over to the side yard and hang out in the hammock and just take in all the beautiful foliage. After that, check out the backyard-the beautiful waters of the pool look so inviting. After taking a dip, relax in a lounge chair or in one of the many other seating areas and read a book, enjoy a cocktail or just take a snooze. That’s what vacation is all about. At the end of the day, you might like to head over to the tiki bar or hang out in the outdoor gazebo.

Living room:
•Stunningly decorated, open concept layout w/completely renovated interior

Bedrooms/baths:
•3 bedrooms, 2 full baths
•Sprawling master suite, w/king size bed, overlooks the pool, has a private master bath & separate dressing area/closet. French doors lead to master from living room. This bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other bedrooms. It also has a desk for those times when you need to do a little work. There are 2 steps down into the master suite and 2 steps up into the bathroom.

•The 2nd bedroom is also oversized. Both of the guest bedrooms have queen size beds. There is also a futon in the 2nd bedroom for additional sleeping accommodations- great for kids! We also have a pak n play.

•Guest bath in hallway- updated and accessible from both guest bedrooms

•Large couch & brand new air mattress can accommodate additional guests for sleeping
•Flat screens TV’s in all 3 bedrooms

Kitchen:
•Modern with RED QUARTZ counter-tops in the galley kitchen
•Fully equipped and stocked for gourmet meals
•Counter seating
•Dining area off the kitchen - round table w/ comfortable seating overlooking the pool

Outside/Pool area:
•Heated pool
•Additional outdoor table for al-fresco dining

Guest access
Guests have full access to the house and fenced in yard. There is also a large side yard for activities. Only guests have access to the pool. The yard is completely private.
Other things to note
This is a nonsmoking house- guests are not permitted to smoke inside the property at any time. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

We request that our guests treat our home like they would their own and be respectful of the property and the neighbors.

No parties are allowed during your stay or noise outside that will disturb the neighbors. We have an age minimum requirement of 25 to book this property. This is also not available for spring break groups . Please provide the names and ages of all guests when booking.
