Everything was great! The only thing I’d remind people is to request for the pool heater to be on. This could be on me because it’s the first time I’ve rented a place with a heated pool and just didn’t know that

Host was not communicative. Pool was not heated, nor was there any communication that if you wanted a heated pool you needed to let them know ahead of time and it would be a 10 per day charge. Didn’t even go in the pool. Wouldn’t stay again.

Regarding the pool, not every guest prefers or requires the pool to be heated, especially during the warmer months when the water temperature is naturally around 88°F. Pool heating is generally more useful during the cooler winter months, which is why we offer it as an optional service rather than including the cost in every reservation. The $10 per day pool-heating fee, along with all other applicable fees, is clearly disclosed and explained in our listing. Guests who would like the pool heated simply need to request it in advance so we can prepare it accordingly. We would also like to clarify that we did respond to all of your requests and messages during your stay. We always make every effort to remain available and responsive to our guests, so we’re sorry you felt that communication was lacking. We appreciate your feedback and hope this provides some additional context regarding both our communication and our pool-heating policy.

Great Location!

We had a great time at this house. It's in a perfect location central to most of the things we wanted to do in South Florida. The barking dog next door at 6:30 AM every day was unfortunate, but overall we had a great time!

Great home for family!

Great backyard area!! Heated pool, grill, shade, sun and pool toys. The house was good however the backyard was perfect for our family. The owner was very responsive to our one inquiry.

Great for family relaxation

This was a fantastic house for days of relaxing by the pool with your family. In fact, we hardly spent any time inside at all! Owner is responsive.

wonderfully relaxing experience

I really enjoyed my stay at this vacation home. The host Jimmy is very kind, easy to reach out to and attending to all of our needs. The neighborhood was very friendly and very close to the shopping facilities. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful experience.

Great pool

This was a small average home with basic features. Nice pool and backyard for relaxing with the family. The location is 15-20 min from downtown and beaches.

Excellent location, Top Tier Outdoor area

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, and the location was safe and very convenient. The check-in was easy, and the comfortable house had plenty of space. The highlight was the outdoor area, as the pictures represent. We spent most of our time out there, using the BBQ, swimming in the pool, or lounging on the furniture. What a great trip, I would recommend!

Amazing House, nice cost, have everything for the first days, full equiped with details.pool heated and worderfull.the only point that i missed is a barbecue with propane, have just with charcoal, but is liked announced. Worst it, very nice...

Family vacation

The place was very nice especially the back yard. We did have one minor issue that was resolved very quickly. It would be nice to give instructions how to heat the pool as described. And baking sheets would have been nice to use

Jimmy was very promped when I had to ask him a question. I texted him and he woul respond very quick

House is very roomy (just like the pictures) the pool and the entire yard was great. cooked on the grill almost everyday. I had the house for a week., stores are very close. I did some fishing on a charter which is also close by (20 min) as well as the beach. I will definitely would rent again.
