Located in the beautiful, GATED community of Pointe Royale, this GROUND LEVEL (no stairs) 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully stocked and perfect for your home away from home in Branson! This is a CORNER UNIT with NEW FLOORING in kitchen, dining room and living area in 2022 and NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE in 2024.

The condo features a spacious master bedroom w/King bed and connecting bath with jetted tub/shower combination w/double sink vanity and a guest bedroom w/Queen bed and adjacent full bath. A queen-sized sofa sleeper allows additional space to accommodate 6 guests. This unit has 3 TV's - one in the family room and each bedroom.

The open floor plan for kitchen/dining/family room provides ample space for dining in and/or relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. A SCREENED-IN PORCH off the family room provides a relaxing atmosphere with table/chairs and an electric grill. A washer and dryer and free Wi-fi are also available in this unit.

Guests have access (within 2 blocks) to the wonderful amenities offered at Pointe Royale: INDOOR POOL and hot tub (both open all year), outdoor pool, baby pool, lighted tennis courts (marked for pickleball too), basketball goals, 24-hour fitness center, children's play area, trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo, 18 hole championship golf course (discounted rate) and a restaurant on site (The Grille).

Pointe Royale is located on Highway 165 - close to all the popular attractions - yet nestled in a quiet area away from traffic. Guests are 3 miles from the 76 Strip, 4.5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake and The Showboat, 4 miles from Silver Dollar City, 1.5 miles from White Water and have low traffic access to other attractions such as music shows, outlet mall shopping, and The Landing.

This is my second time staying at this property and I love it! I will definitely stay at this property again! It is my favorite! Love that it is on the first floor and I don’t have to go up no stairs! It’s not far from the pool!

Everything was great, but it would have been more comfortable if the spare bathroom had a bigger tub/shower combo and the chairs in the living room were recliners. Otherwise, it was great. Just exactly as described.

Check in easy with code provided couple of days prior to check in. Kitchen was fully stocked. Very nice living room and sunroom. Condo pictures were exactly what you will find. Bathrooms were clean with great water pressure and hot water. Pointe Royal Grill was excellent and very relaxing. Such a convenient and quiet place to stay. We all had a great time. Thanks for your hopitality

Wonderful Stay

The condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool at the club house. We felt it was in a great location. It was a wonderful refuge after a day full of activities.

We were very pleased with the condo AND the grounds. Very clean and updated. The bedrooms And bathrooms were good size. We had everything we needed! The pool was great and the restaurant was nice to have nearby.

Wonderful condo in the Ozarks

Safe gated community, gorgeous condo in the Ozarks. Jamie is a great host. Within 15 to 20 minutes of a plethora of amsuments, plays, concerts, and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Perfect Place

This condo was perfect for our family! Everything was clean and tidy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the cute coffee corner, and my daughter was delighted to see the little snacks! My 5 year old’s favorite part of our whole trip to Branson was the condo pool lol! The location is great, just a couple miles down the road from the Runaway Mountain Coaster and just minutes from town. The condo was well stocked with plenty of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, Kleenex, and paper towels. We had everything we neeeded to make our stay pleasant.

It was a awesome stay!! Clean n quiet. I love the extra little touches. ( Like the table in the bathroom with little mirror to use. Loved they had kid plates, cups, n silverware!) No stairs!!! Close to pools!! Close to lake, but it was flooded. Still had fun at kids park n walking around. Basically in central part of Branson. Close to everything. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and Clean

Loved the atmosphere. Loved the stay. Only downside is the loud stomping of the people above us for what seemed like 24/7. That’s not really the fault of the property owner though. It’s a beautiful place to stay and maybe your upstairs neighbors will walk. Little more softly and sleep a little more often.

Everything was very nice and clean, it was furnished with everything we needed. The screened in porch could use some paint but we were out there every day and night. The host was very nice and available for any questions.I would definitely stay there again.

We chose this condo as it is located in the Pointe Royale Village that offers such great amenities! The grounds are beautiful, the golf course is well-maintained, there is an on-site restaurant, and the pool complex is wonderful. This resort is close to all the attractions, yet far enough away to provide a quiet and peaceful retreat.
