Located in the beautiful, GATED community of Pointe Royale, this GROUND LEVEL (no stairs) 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully stocked and perfect for your home away from home in Branson! This is a CORNER UNIT with NEW FLOORING in kitchen, dining room and living area in 2022 and NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE in 2024.

The condo features a spacious master bedroom w/King bed and connecting bath with jetted tub/shower combination w/double sink vanity and a guest bedroom w/Queen bed and adjacent full bath. A queen-sized sofa sleeper allows additional space to accommodate 6 guests. This unit has 3 TV's - one in the family room and each bedroom.

The open floor plan for kitchen/dining/family room provides ample space for dining in and/or relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. A SCREENED-IN PORCH off the family room provides a relaxing atmosphere with table/chairs and an electric grill. A washer and dryer and free Wi-fi are also available in this unit.

Guests have access (within 2 blocks) to the wonderful amenities offered at Pointe Royale: INDOOR POOL and hot tub (both open all year), outdoor pool, baby pool, lighted tennis courts (marked for pickleball too), basketball goals, 24-hour fitness center, children's play area, trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo, 18 hole championship golf course (discounted rate) and a restaurant on site (The Grille).

Pointe Royale is located on Highway 165 - close to all the popular attractions - yet nestled in a quiet area away from traffic. Guests are 3 miles from the 76 Strip, 4.5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake and The Showboat, 4 miles from Silver Dollar City, 1.5 miles from White Water and have low traffic access to other attractions such as music shows, outlet mall shopping, and The Landing.

This is a NON-SMOKING, NO PETS unit.

Family Getaway

The property was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and had everything we could need. We had an enjoyable time and enjoyed coming back after a long day to kick back in the recliners instead of a hotel room.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! It had so many amenities and Jamie was so accommodating. The location was perfect and easy to get to town with no fuss. We will be back!

Branson Christmas Weekend Getaway

Very cozy and decorated for the occasion. Had difficulty with door code however was resolved very quickly with a telephone call. We had a wonderful stay!

The condo was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed. The hot tub jets did not work, but we did enjoy soaking in the hot water.

Anniversary

Point Royale provides a home like environment for the Branson visitor. It’s quiet, very clean and provides everything you need for a great stay! Much better than a stay at a local hotel and worth the price.

Wonderful time

Our 3rd time staying here. Great location. Everything you might need is in the unit. Always very clean. No stairs and close to parking lot which really works well for my mom who is 100 years old!

Branson Getaway

The place was wonderful as was the host. We enjoyed the amenities in this gated community including golf, fitness center and indoor pool. We have stayed at VRBOs in several states and this may be on the top of our list!

Best Condo! Repeat customer!

We actually changed the date of our trip just to make sure we could book this condo. This was our third time staying at this specific condo. It’s always clean. The stock great coffee! Pointe Royale is always well kept and as three women we feel very safe. We will be back again next year!

Family Getaway

We had a great time during our stay! The location was great, so quiet and peaceful. The screened in patio was one of the best parts! We could go out for coffee and let our little ones hang out without being worried about them getting in the road. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Pointe Royale 5 ⭐️ Rate

Listing was exactly as shown online. Clean, nicely decorated and comfy beds. They had everything for young kids as well (not something I needed but available). Great location, their book had several recommendations, take a hike on the Lake Taneycomo trail! When we visited 2 years ago I had no idea that was there, thanks to them I explored new things.

Perfect getaway

We loved our stay. The beds were comfortable and the decor was modern and updated. It was very clean. We cooked and the kitchen was well equipped. It was nice that we had use of the laundry with detergent, coffee maker with coffee and creamer and a few welcome snacks. We also loved the extra space of having a screened bonus room. I will definitely book again when I am in Branson.

We chose this condo as it is located in the Pointe Royale Village that offers such great amenities! The grounds are beautiful, the golf course is well-maintained, there is an on-site restaurant, and the pool complex is wonderful. This resort is close to all the attractions, yet far enough away to provide a quiet and peaceful retreat.
