Located in the beautiful, GATED community of Pointe Royale, this GROUND LEVEL (no stairs) 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is fully stocked and perfect for your home away from home in Branson! This is a CORNER UNIT with NEW FLOORING in kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms in 2022 and NEW LIVING ROOM FURNITURE in 2024.

The condo features a spacious master bedroom w/King bed and connecting bath with jetted tub/shower combination w/double sink vanity and a guest bedroom w/Queen bed and adjacent full bath. A queen-sized sofa sleeper allows additional space to accommodate 6 guests. This unit has 3 TV's - a smart TV in the family room and cable tv in each bedroom.

The open floor plan for kitchen/dining/family room provides ample space for dining in and/or relaxing with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. A SCREENED-IN PORCH off the family room provides a relaxing atmosphere with table/chairs and an electric grill. A washer and dryer and free Wi-fi are also available in this unit.

Guests have access (within 2 blocks) to the wonderful amenities offered at Pointe Royale: INDOOR POOL and hot tub (both open all year), outdoor pool, baby pool, lighted pickleball and tennis courts, basketball goals, 24-hour fitness center, children's play area, trout fishing on Lake Taneycomo, 18 hole championship golf course (discounted rate) and a restaurant on site (The Grille).

Pointe Royale is located on Highway 165 - close to all the popular attractions - yet nestled in a quiet area away from traffic. Guests are 3.5 miles from the 76 Strip, 5.5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake and The Showboat, 9 miles from Silver Dollar City, 4 miles from White Water, and 6.5 miles from the Sight and Sound Theatre and have low traffic access to other attractions such as music shows, outlet mall shopping, and The Landing.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool at the club house. We felt it was in a great location. It was a wonderful refuge after a day full of activities.

We had a wonderful week long stay at this condo!  Everything was exactly as described--clean, welcoming, and with really nice extra touches like the holiday decor, welcome snacks, and extra paper goods.  The location is very quiet, well-maintained, and the lower level unit with no stairs is a huge plus.  It's located within a convenient distance of several sites but you are in a peaceful setting without constant tourist traffic.  The host, Jamie, was very quick to respond to any questions and provided all the info for our stay ahead of time for a quick check-in. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there were other games/puzzles as well.  This is the best place to stay for a Branson trip!  I would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

We purchased this condo in August 2018. We also have a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo across the street and wanted to have additional space for our family when vacationing in Branson.

The grounds are beautiful, the golf course is well-maintained, there is an on-site restaurant, and the pool complex is wonderful. This resort is close to all the attractions, yet far enough away to provide a quiet and peaceful retreat.
