The condo was really nice but we had kids staying above us that rolled cars and toys across the floor half the night so we didn't get much sleep. Had to have TV really loud to hear it.

Very comfortable and clean unit. Completely 1st floor with easy access. Everything was well stocked. Only negative was sliding patio door needs either repaired or replaced. Wi-Fi dropped off once but was a simple fix by rebooting modem behind recliners. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as described. Good location. Kitchen was stocked with enough dishes for four of us. They even had coffee and laundry detergent for our use. Would definitely rent again if we visit Branson in the future.

This end unit apartment is in a nice community. It was stocked well with many useful items to utilize. It was very clean and spacious. The W/D are very helpful to wash clothes and towels. We enjoyed the game pass and book nook. The unit is a bit dark and could use better lighting, paint and updated furniture. The photos in the listing seem to be from awhile ago as the furniture has wear, couch had some stains. I had comfort issues sleeping on Master Bed Mattress, They provide comfy blankets and the sheets are soft.

What a great place to stay! Close to all the fun things of Branson, GREAT amenities and a beautiful, clean apartment. It was well stocked with kitchen items, we didn't need to bring a thing. Our wonderful host even left us chocolate chip cookies! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Was a beautiful place well taken care of. Host sent us everything needed a couple days before we left which made me feel good that we had what we needed before we left home.

Our stay

It was clean and cozy and had everything you needed and the pool on sight was great the food at the restaurant was good i would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again.

The area where this condo is located is very nice and close to all major attractions. You can’t beat no stairs either. The downside was the condo itself was not very clean. I was actually quite surprised because of all the reviews said how clean it was. To start, the sheets in the spare bedroom smelled mildewed. I will say the mattress was quite comfortable though. There was dust on the end tables, dresser and little shelf under the television. The living room had cob webs above the window and again dusty furniture. There were also dead bugs on the windowsills. We cleaned all that. The air filter in the utility closet was caked with dust and looked like it hadn’t been changed for quite some time. One towel in the spare bathroom smelled like mildew. The other one was okay. The master bedroom had a dead wasp on the floor and debris behind one of the nightstands. The master bed headboard is covered in dust. The washer was caked with black gunk that I noticed when I loaded it with towels which could be where the mildew smell came from. The back sliding door wouldn’t open. It seemed the lock was broken. When I addressed all this with the owner, they didn’t seem very concerned and recommended I change the bedding. I explained for what I paid, the bedding should smell clean and the place should be clean. They literally argued with me about the price and that what I paid was cheaper than a hotel. There are a lot of places to stay in Branson. Steer clear of this one.

Great stay

We had a good time and the condo was just perfect for us. Enjoyed our stay and was walking distance to the clubhouse. I recommend staying here.
